The room was gorgeous, expensive looking with nice little touches that felt very at home there. Coffee and tea facilities and mini fridge made the stay even more like a home from home. There is a waterfall shower which was amazing. The ultimate in comfort though and the best part was the bed. Not just the tiny Tony's chocolates on the bed but OMG the bed is so comfy with memory foam and the quilt so luxuriousl it felt like sleeping in a cloud, we loved it the best sleep we had in this trip.

Didn’t try the breakfast. The location was great. On a lake with views from the apartment, a short easy walk from Thorn, over the lift bridge and lake into town. The staff were all very pleasant especially the two girls cleaning rooms in B3 apartments. Also the night porter (s), and the air-conditioner man. It was clean, quite spacious, with an especially large bathroom. Nice large windows that opened and a good block curtain for sleeping. Quiet.
We did eat in Humphries restaurant and found staff friendly, the food very good, but the prices too high.
I enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel and the environment it was wonderful!
