The location, dinner, and also the view from the room was splendid. The castle and area surrounding it was awesome. The cleanliness, handoek, and amnesties prepared by the hotel were sufficiently well. Breakfast prepared before destinated time which were greatly appreciated. Price was decent looking at the room. Good rest!

Only booked this place as it is close to my main objective in the area. Arrived at 12:30 noon time thinking we'll be accommodated earlier as 1500 was the checkin... we're given everything necessary as a sign of being checked in with the key and all that.. but when we arrived at the door to our accommodation it wont open. Approached one of their staff but we were told HARSHLY that we can get in at exact time. The reception was kind of happy to disperse us but forgot to say that we really can't get in earlier. No courtesy to customers as to looking after their well being upon arrival.. and info sheets about the place is only in Dutch. I mean dont they have people from other country who wish to be well informed about their park even in English language. I am sorry but I feel bad about a place that looks like there's no more management anymore for its improvement. But still if you want a place where children can play.. run around.. cycle.. jump on trampoline.. go swimming.. these are the good feature for a park a family would look for.. but need to be bearing for the rest of your experience.

I came for Prog Power Europe - a 3 day annual music festival. This was my first time at the event. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Baarlo. I can't thank for the organisers of Prog Power Europe enough - they did a wonderful job in organising the event.
The food in the restaurant for dinner is top class. We travelled with 4 persons and enjoyed very different orders from bisque to rib-eye and all the food that was served during dinner was really, really good - kudos to the chefs! Location is good if You have a car and want to stay in a relaxed setting - we also enjoyed a 11 km morning jog around Baarlo, during this time of spring - very nice! Room was big (suite) and comfortable (with private balcony).
The staff at the reception and the dining area were very friendly and helpful. We had a situation with a room given upon our arrival, and it was sorted out immediately by the Reception. The hotel is located on the outskirts, with fields and horses surrounding it. There is a supermarket accross the street. We also rented bicycles from the hotel for a day, which is a must experience when in Holland.
Ine was a great host to us! We arrived late as tour took longer than expected, that wasn't a problem. She went above and beyond with an unexpected issue from our side and it really showed that it's worth staying at bed and breakfasts instead of any big hotel chains.
Hotel is very close to highway - so very convenient to get there.
Room was clean, cozy and nice. The breakfast was also great. And you can park your car easily here.
The garden is also amazing - you can take a coffee or cocktail and go enjoy it.
The property is absolutely charming. the hotel is located in an old estate that has many original details but has been modernized in a thoughtful way. the restaurant is particularly attractive and the grounds are beautiful.
This is a stunning hotel in it's own grounds, and the whole set up is very impressive. We only stayed one night but enjoyed every minute of it. We would consider going back when we visit Baarlo next time.
This hotel was amazing. We were made so welcome with and offered a coffee before showing us our room. Amazing room and super continental style breakfast.
Secure car parking with locked gate after 10pm.
It's a very nice apartement. I loved. It was clean. It's comfortable. The host is a kind woman. She's helpfully. Baarlo is a calm, clean small town. It's a nice place. I can just offer.
Clean and atmosphere is nice. I like this kind of places rather than 5 star hotels. I was comfortable during my stay. It’s a small town and silent place.
