Breakfast! You can have literally anything your heart desires. I would class this hotel as Africa's hidden gem. The staff are beyond exceptional, all the restaurants have fantastic choices, and they all deliver to what is stated on the menu. I found the prices for everything extremely reasonable. I will be back in the very near future.

This hotel used to be the central railway station. It is a bit old but that gives it its charm. This hotel is suitable if you are attending a large function or event with many people because there are many rooms here.

A clean town which looks like it has no crime. We went to the police station for directions and found 2 officers there at 01h00. There were no people to report crime. The officers were even looking drowsy because they had nothing to do.

Swakopmund is so beautiful, couldn't take my eyes off the buildings. They were so mesmerizing. The streets are well organized and very safe neighborhoods.
My favorite place was the beach ⛱️. We ate at Spur, KFC and Shoprite. The food was delicious 😋
It's very easy to get around Swakopmund and the people there, were very nice.
The only thing I felt needed to be improved especially in the activities we did was tour guiding. I wish they could have explained more on each tour.

A little piece of Germany tucked onto the Namibian shore of the Atlantic Ocean. I felt comfortable walking around the town and down to the beach. It is a quiet place with no nightlife to write home about. People seem to be generally friendly. I wouldn't recommend it if you are party animal.

A trip to the coast especially Swakopmund is always exciting and way too relaxing. A small and Friendly town with residents ready to assist when you need any information. Hansa Hotel has been my favorite lunch place and "old days" memories.
The big family unit was very spacious, clean and there was even a washing machine available. The beds were comfortable and it was an added bonus that the unit has 2 toilets. The host is very friendly and was good with communication before and during our stay. The coffee and rusks on arrival added a personal touch. The location is good with easy access to central Swakopmund and the mall. It’s just a short walk down to the beach.
Great communication with the host who did everything possible to accommodate our schedule and needs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Great to have one bathroom per room. The location is the greatest thing about this apartment, right on the beach, with a sea view from the kitchen, lounge and on the patio. Would definitely recommend.
The rooms were well appointed and private for families. The hotel is good. Friendly staff who go all out to assist where they can. The security is good. The hotel is close to beaches, restaurants and all amenities. There is also a private bar in-house that opens at night.
Jolande helped us book all the activities which were all worth it.
After Lodges and Camping it was a nice variety during our trip. The house it’s a really cozy place which had kind like luxury style and bathroom. It was also nice to chat with Jochen the Owner. From the location it was simple to reach the beach and the city or nearby supermarket (Spar) with car within a couple of minutes.
Everything's to like about this place - beautiful and exceptionally-designed modern rooms, comfortable beds, pool with a beach view, very fast Wi-Fi and a great breakfast. Probably the best place for a couple visiting the town of Swakopmund. The staff were also very accommodating when we faced some issues on our side.
We were in southern Africa for just over six weeks. This hotel was one of our three favorite hotels on this trip. I asked for an ocean view deluxe room and that is exactly what we got. It was a larger room than we expected and a wonderful view of the ocean and beach below the hotel
Decent location as we could walk to everything in Swakopmund and it was nice that ample security was on the street at night. Our clean room was huge and really meant for 4 people not a couple. The secure interior parking was also nice to get the vehicle off the street.
I really liked the location of this hotel. I was very close to the ocean and when they say "partial view" (or full view) it is an accurate description. The staff was very friendly and professional and the morning breakfast option were tasty. I would stay again!
the second time we stayed at the beach lodge and it is still very good
nice room, very good breakfast, perfect staff and more over we had sunny weather in Swakopmund which is quite seldom so all was perfect
Great location in Swakopmund. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious for two people. Room was extremely clean. Our host was very friendly and flexible when we decided to extend our stay.
Very good floor plan, well organized. You even get a free lovely, well trained dog as a pet for your stay. The facility has all the necessity for self catering. Beautiful garden.
Within walking distance to Swakopmund ‘town’ or the Mole - along the footpath on the beach.
Nice big room with HOT water which was a treat.
Parking on prem was added bonus.
