Had a wonderful stay! A helpful Indian lady assisted us during check-in, making everything smooth. The kids loved the smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The family room was huge, giving us plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend!

It's a nice place to staycation, not a long drive to JOhor Premium Outlet,however not so convenient to drive into town for Foodies as the journey will be around 20-30 mins depending on the traffic flow.

The service and communications is great, polite and professional.
But, needs improvement on the facilities and maintenance services. Need to set a protocol to maintenance staffs that they need to knock first and ask permission before they can let to enter for any maintenance service. They simply DO NOT just use their master card to straight bulge into the room. There may be occupant inside.

Staying at cel hotel is good , as there are any good shop is selling around good for shopping and walking distance to go sutera mall. But only the fact , hoping the facilities of cel hotel could improve ....
I came for UTM convocation and the hotel is nearby and convenient. There was free flow complimentary tea, coffee and various light biscuits at the lobby area. Filtered cold and hot water dispenser was also available. If you need ironing box, you can ask the at lobby counter. There is a 24-hour mamak on the right, Chinese restaurant infront and 7E is about 300m away only. WiFi is strong enough and no issues with phone line. The room was well cleaned - no weird smell on towels and bed.
Its a budget hotel. I love staying here for solo traveller its good.
There'a mamak restaurant in front of the hotel so its easy to eat breakfast or dinner.

TV Channel is clear but doesn't have many choices.
