It’s decent considering the price. Location is very good, less than 5 mins walk to Sutera Mall. Sheets and towels are borderline gross, but everything else works, like TV AC heater etc.

It's a nice place to staycation, not a long drive to JOhor Premium Outlet,however not so convenient to drive into town for Foodies as the journey will be around 20-30 mins depending on the traffic flow.

The service and communications is great, polite and professional.
But, needs improvement on the facilities and maintenance services. Need to set a protocol to maintenance staffs that they need to knock first and ask permission before they can let to enter for any maintenance service. They simply DO NOT just use their master card to straight bulge into the room. There may be occupant inside.

The native of Skudai is friendly & helpful.But the hotel, restaurant owner & staff are not good.They are maximum time try to cheat the tourist.I like AEON Shoping mall, Paradime shopping mall,Johor premium Outlet for shoping.If anyone like to budget shoping mall then he/she have to choose AEON shoping mall.If anyone like to buy some exclusive item then have to choose Johor premium Outlet.If anyone like to buy electronics & telecommunication goods then have to choose Paradime shoping mall.If anyone like to eat Indian & continental food with budget price then have choose AL FATTAH RESTORAN. If anyone like to buy candy & home appliance with cheap price then have to choose ECO SHOP.If anyone like to go for long drive with family or friend,I must say them to choose Skudai.But they have to avoid chinees people & to avoid the taxi have to buy a local sim for download grab application.It's just like Uber & much cheaper then taxi.

Its a peaceful & quiet part of JB core area. Busy area too. Many good food, good hotel & shopping places. CW bus to SG just behind Sutera Mall. Good for budget & mid range traveller who prefer to avoid JBCC area.
The central location of hotel which is closed to many restaurants, bar & bistros, coffee shops and a food court selling local food's. Shopping is just a breeze to the nearby Sutera Mall about 3 minutes walk on foot.
The hotel is very clean and the room is cosy, the bed is comfy for a good sleep. The security is good and the entrance to the outside area of the rooms is only accessible by a room card. The hotel counter staff is friendly and helpful.
I love the staff all of them was very friendly.
I loved the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet.
There is many kids activities was going on so my child did not get bored.
Room was spacious and very comfortable my daughter enjoyed the stay and the room.
Our room was at level 2 very convenient for us to go to the restaurant.
Hotel had a mini store for our convenience as my husband forgot his swim wear and we got one over there.
Breakfast is simple with tea/coffee and a choice of biscuits. If you can put some sandwiches, that will be better.
The location of breakfast table is easy enough where we can sit and talk while having a short casual breakfast.
The location of the hotel is convenient to find food, near to family mart and other convenient stores. The mosque and Muslim food also located near to the hotel.
The family room was spacious. Enough tables to put our stuff on and enough places to hang towels / clothes. We requested for and got a quiet room in the back (the front might be noisy, but the back was very quiet).
Water dispenser and coffee machine and biscuits available 24 hours in case you're hungry.
There's great food nearby (walkable/drivable).

I chose this hotel because it's among the 3-5 hotels in a good location for visiting Kulai and it didn't disappoint me.
The front desk provided efficient and warm services. Sound proof is not that ideal but acceptable. The bed is really comfortable and the room is equipped with universal socket. I love the glass batheroom door helping increase the chemistry between my crush and I.
The location of the house is great. Just beside the highway and near to paradigm mall and local eateries.
The facilities and amenities in the house is complete and cant really complain much. Maybe improvement on the TV where it would be best to have regular local cable tv channels on top of android tv.

Very strategic position, there is a mamak restaurant beside the hotel and it is opened 24 hours.. Although the room is small, but the facilities are completed. The cleanliness of the room is unsatisfied but is acceptable especially the bed. But what to say, the overall experience has exceeded my expectation. well done and keep it up
The room is cleaner than we are expecting after we heard roach appeared in KSL hotel after the border opened recently.
The towel, room, bedsheet, blanket and etc are clean with no issue. there isn't any weird smell either!
