The person that contacted me thru whatsapp was courteous and professional. She had given a clear instruction on how to collect the apartment key from the door lock. But she only given password to open the lock box at about 3pm. It’s also clean. What I like is I was refunded the deposit on the same day of checkout at 5pm. Compared to my booking at Bstudio at Trefoil shah alam, that property still hasn’t replied to me when I can get deposit back- almost a week now.

The place was clean and neat. The instructions to get there are clear and direct. No confusion. The hosts were kind and responsive. They have alot of basic things that you may suddenly need etc- hairdryer, iron, and basic utensils. Very decent stay. Like that the extension cords had USB ports. The place is EXACTLY like it looks in the photos.
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay there.
Bad experience. I never mind if need to pay RM100 for deposit but what im really disappointed is end up i can't get my deposit back in 24hours and they hold my deposit untill end of this month. Its so rude! I never met a management that uses this ridiculous method for return back customers deposit! Can you imagine what i feel right now?

Unresponsive host.
Unresponsive host. Already transferred the booking fee and security deposit however host chose to not provide the check-in instructions. Did not pick up call, did not reply to messages on Booking and WhatsApp. Went to the address provided but no one is there to assist on the check-in, need to contact with the host. Ended up staying at another place. Contacted Booking.com customer service to assist on cancellation.
