The staff do try hard, but are not very well trained e.g in getting a taxi. I don't think the towel or bedsheets or quilt cover was clean because I itched. My skin is very sensitive to things unclean. When asking for extras or clean sheets, the staff showed a less than willing attitude to help. There were excuses offered. The location was the greatest thing about this hotel, within walking distance of great eateries. Use this hotel if location is very important, but expect average quality and average service only.

Personal toiletries need improvement. Food for convenience is available. View from room overlooks foreign workers activities. Close proximity to airport is a big advantage. Handy stores is also available.

Hv been staying at this hotel if I want to shop at JPO & Aeon Jusco Kulai. Hotel room amenities well-thought of. Lots of plugs, switches working etc. Surrounding hotel lots of eating shops. Even beside d hotel are two shops...really convenient.
