The faces of the friendly staff were the first impression I had. The warm welcoming was so great.
The reception was cosy but the most surprising was the room condition.
We ordered a room for 3 and it is clean and neat. The room space is good and facilities such as self-service iron and water dispenser at the pantry made our stay more convenient.
Overall, it was a good stay there.

The staff do try hard, but are not very well trained e.g in getting a taxi. I don't think the towel or bedsheets or quilt cover was clean because I itched. My skin is very sensitive to things unclean. When asking for extras or clean sheets, the staff showed a less than willing attitude to help. There were excuses offered. The location was the greatest thing about this hotel, within walking distance of great eateries. Use this hotel if location is very important, but expect average quality and average service only.

Fantastic Hotel. As we entered, the lobby smells great, clean and tidy. It has a working elevator which really is a plus point here when you are travelling with elderly people. The room was comfortable and linens were clean and smells fresh. Water pessure is 5 star. Staff are friendly and helpful. Family Mart and CU is walking distance. Terrific location. No car honking noises at night. Would definitely recommend this place to others when they're travelling to Kulai. Thanks RJ Hotel!!
The location was quite convenient as there is are Kopitiams nearby and quite a variety of food to choose from in the morning. The hotel was pretty alright for the price range. Although it would be much better if there was hot water in the showers. Do note that if you were to check in during midnight you will have to pay by cash they said the bank terminal machine is down during midnight. I would suggest if they would accept E-wallets as an alternative method of payment.
