I was more than happy with the attitude & willingness to help of the receptionist. I lost my room card in the dark after I took it out of the slot while there. The receptionist helped me find it promptly.
She helped me with another unexpected issue but I can't remember right now what that was.

The breakfast was OK very Asian but no surprising as we were in Malaysia. We did order poached eggs and gave up waiting after about 30 mins they did keep saying they would be 5 mins and the chef was cooking them. Maybe he didn’t know what poached eggs were 😀 We were told by Booking.com that there was no shuttle bus to and from the airport but there actually is

The check-in staff (not sure if I got the name right; Fitri or Fikri) was polite, and it was a smooth check-in.
They accommodate my request to have connecting rooms.
The best part is, my kids (age 7 & 9), didn't have to pay for their breakfast; most hotels we went to, for kid age 6 and above, need to pay for breakfast.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay before we caught our flight back.
