The room was big and receptionists were kind. I booked room with windows but they gave us rooms without windows. After discussion, they end up changed us to another room with window.
There were Coway water dispensers, so good.
Hotel is in the middlw of city, very convenient for eating and buy something.

Careless drivers everywhere.
Careless drivers everywhere. Cafes closed too soon and shooing customers away. Too many Chinese scammers running temples in disguise of religious worship places - do avoid walking into one unless you wanna reduce some money. Dead town, not worth the time. Move on to JB instead.

Just a small town, so I see no requirement to stay longer than 2 days unless you got business or prayers (lots of temples) to do. Need to drive around to your convenience to your destination or to look for good and tasty food. One of the best food eateries - Yong's Steam Boat Garden (highly recommended), was the best dinner meal I had in Batu Pahat, superbly value for money meal considerably for the food you ordered.

It’s mostly about food at this town. It much sightseeing. So it’s wonderful for foodies. They have an awful lot of cafes with great coffees (both local kopi and the western coffee). This is my second trip and I’d recommend: Coffee in Town (nasi lemak, Sambal sotong), Han Kee Cakes & Cake, Swee Kee Soup, Rengit Coffee (they plant, roast and serve in their own Rengit cafe!), Lim Coffee Trading Co (more specialty coffee roasts)… and check out the Glutton Street (note: closed every Monday)
So it’s a must to bring home bags if those powders! I like them all for its low acidity and great aroma. In a nutshell, too much but to eat too little time .. LOL
Unassuming. Unpretenrious . Sufficient facilities. Good for short getaway away from hustle and bustle of the big cities but still did not lose the touch of modernity. A place to relax and enjoy the time.

Take a short trip to this City and Relax going around having some local food and understand the culture of the place visiting temple meeting friends to have some coffee and shopping and enjoy your travelling.
This is my second time staying here with my family.. seems that the owner added a lot of new things to make their customer feels more comfortable. easy check in and check out process. although it is a bit far from the town, but it wont be a problem if hv own transport. The house is spacious and clean.. it has 4 room and complete with basic necessities. it was a very comfortable place for my family to stay. Will definitely stay here again when i went to batu pahat later.
The room was clean, and neat. Not too big or too small. Basic amenities like drinking water, toothbrush and others are provided. The breakfast was decent and food was adequate. Parking was easy as there was inhouse parking. The location is good and near to eateries. The airconditioning was good.My room had an excellent view of Batu Pahat. I had the sun set and sun rise into my room. That was great.

from A to Z its 5 star . no complaint and no regret ! .. i wud recommend family to choose the room with 2 king size bed and there also a sofa in the room , wardrobe room … + spacious
Location is good. Near to Batu Pahat Mall and other shopping area. Facilities provided are great. Has Netflix on TV. Suitable for family and friends stay. Place is clean and tidy. Car pouch is sufficient for two cars.
Cosy room with a spacious view. Room was clean and neat. Shower had good strong pressure too. Location about 10mins fr Batu Pahat bus station, with many convenience stores nearby.
What I like about this hotel is I have access to anywhere that I want to go. I stayed during Ramadhan and it easy to locate bazaar and foods especially local food "Mee Racun".
Consider clean place and valued for the price. No cigarettes smell like other cheap hotel. They have 24 hours front desk service, strong water pump for hot shower.
