I was informed late that I could not go there because the premises were supposedly flooded. When I arrived at the hotel, I was not allowed into the room that had already been 100% paid for. They sent a message, gave me a number and told me to call for free cancellation. I was unable to cancel the order and did not receive a refund. Nobody is answering my message. I want my money back. They ruined my holiday.😭
