Room was fine, although noisy in the early morning due to staff shuffling sunbeds etc around. Location was busier than expected. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptional.

This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far, and I travel a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone from cleaners through waiters and to receptionists, especially receptionist Jelena who helped us with every single question or demand we’ve had. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room was quite spacious and the hotel is located perfectly, close to restaurants, beach and Paceviles nightlife. Breakfast could be a little bit more diverse and It would be better if the pool on the last floor was heated, but since we were there in the summer the water temperature in the pool was acceptable though.

Hotel is very well located, rooms are very clean, breakfasts are good, staff is friendly. Stunning view from the balcony to the sea. Hotel has a lot of different facilities: restaurants, bars, pools and spa, convenient underground parking on 3 euros per day. Own beach is very big with a plenty of sunbeds.

Breakfast was very good value and offered a wide range of cuisines. The room exceeded my expectation - it was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and supported us to access local service.
