maid service was impeccable!! room cleaned and tidied everyday, including dishes and pans !! bed was HUGE, could definitely fit like 5 people in it🤣. so comfy too. Location is amazing, right near all the restaurants and shops. The cat that hangs outside is adorable too🥹.

We booked the Family Room with Balcony, for two adults and two children (6 & 8). We had half-board, so had breakfast and dinner at the hotel.
Room - Large, plenty of pace
Beds - Comfy enough. I wouldn't go crazy over them, but they were fit for purpose.
Cleanliness - Room and floor looked clean, as did the bathroom.
Bathroom - Great shower and plenty of hot water
Swimming Pool - Decent swimming pool, but got crowded quickly.
Parking - Plenty of public parking spaces around. Look for the white spaces.
Restaurant - Decent and pleasant with plenty of seating. Buffet food, with different variety of meats every day.
Service - Staff were really good. Had a broken A/C, they fixed it almost immediately. Room was a little dirty, it was deep-cleaned straight away. Can't fault their customer service at all.
The Relax Inn Hotel is a small 3 star hotel situated in the heart of Bugibba, a short walk from the seafront promenade and the bus station.

The hotel rooms were adequate though small.very clean and everything worked as expected, lifts made travelling to 4th floor easier. Pool was well maintained and very clean. Pool facilities are clean and comfortable. The restaurant served a good selection of food specialising in fish.
