Finding a representative in the office to receive the guests...
Finding a representative in the office to receive the guests does not exist, so it is necessary to locate the representative. We were assured by the restaurant in an email coordinated with the Booking company that we would receive an apartment on the 2nd floor due to a disability and also due to our being Shabbat observant and not using the elevator and when we arrived at the restaurant when we met the representative named Stephan he gave us an apartment on the 6th floor, when we explained to him that we were approved for an apartment on the 2nd floor he said that there is no room and if we want to cancel the invitation. The rabbi of the Chabad house also spoke to Stefan to no avail. We suffered a lot on Saturday. In coordination with Booking we were told that we could pay by credit card and the representative Stefan said that the payment was in cash only and thus we had difficulty organizing cash. The television did not work and the representative Stephan tried to turn it on and failed and said he would send a technician to take care of the problem and the whole week the problem was not taken care of and we were left without a television. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper in the bathroom, we asked Stefan to bring more, he promised he would and did not, we bought it independently.
We received 2 large and 2 small towels, we asked for additional towels and Stefan said they would be washed and after another request we received another set. Toilet cleaning material was not in the toilets, we bought it independently.
big disappointment.

Budva is a wonderful place to stay if you want to wander around its beautiful beaches. I would recommend going to the city itself during the high season as it is not too exciting when there are little to no tourists there.

I have just got back from 2 weeks away in small resort just outside Budva. I thought it useful to give my thoughts on Budva which might help those considering Budva for the first time.
Montenegro, especially Budva and surrounding area is nothing more than a construction site is, dirty, dusty noisy place. Broadly speaking I was totally underwhelmed, despite the ravings of one or two articles I read about Budva before my trip.
The resorts relies heavily on its once beautiful and impressive albeit rather small Old Town, beyond that very disappointing - namely strip of pebbly, gritty, dirty beaches with sunbathers packed like sardines unable for the great part to manoeuvre their sunbeds. A proliferation of pizza takeaway shops, beaches littered with plastic bottles, trash and cigarette butts. Shantytowns, very scruffy in places and a generally an unsmiling, unfriendly local population (could this be due to language difficulties, more focused on Russian tourists?) Broadly similar where ever you go in Montenegro.
Would I return. No, not even if I was paid to return, I would never go back.

A touristic city.
A touristic city. Nothing else rather than tourism here, or swimming at the sea at season I guess. The city is composed mostly of 3-5 storey buildings. There are picturesque mountains around but you cannot really walk there, at least not without riding up by taxi. Lots of construction work around, sometimes you are confused how to go because whole streets are closed. There is nice litte "old town" touristic spot, I liked it the most of all.

A lovely place to visit and the Montenegrin people are so...
A lovely place to visit and the Montenegrin people are so friendly and welcoming. Spent most of our evenings walking around the Old Town within the walls. The Piano Nobile restaurant within the Old town is a must and we dined there on 3 occasions. We felt very safe and saw No anti social behaviour at all. Already planning a 2nd trip later on this year and this time we'll stay in the Old Town.
The hotel is kept so clean and is in a quiet road with easy reach to the beaches and old town by foot. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, they are cleaned everyday. The breakfast has so much to choose from and is all local and homemade. What is so nice about the hotel though is the staff as they are really friendly and helpful, especially Nebojša - he couldn't do enough for us, from booking days out for us to arranging taxis. He made our stay extremely easy and told us about all the wonderful places to visit in Montenegro!
.It's a perfect, brand new apartments, with wonderful and very helpful stuff.
Apartment is one of the best, even comparing to 5 star hotels, it's fully equipped and very comfortable.
It's extremely clean, with great parking, position between main tourist attractions, even with its own perfect beach with free access. It having very close all stores you needs.
Price is really nothing in comparison what's you got, so I strongly recommending it for anyone.
absolutely everything. Nadja and Milena were absolutely 2 of the best hotel staff we’ve communicated with probably ever. super friendly, helpful, communicative. if we needed something, they helped arrange it in minutes. the property was clean, and in an amazing location. our place had a living room as well with views of the yachts in the marina. honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and Budva. very underrated city.
Great value for money, the view from the terrace is amazing. Actually, I value this stay mostly because of the great terrace. In Budva, there are many hotels without a view if you are not staying at 4/5 stars hotels. About staff, administrator Ivan was really helpful and always available, we used additionally WhatsApp for communications, which was great because you do not need to go down and ask for help.
The environment, the hospitality of the staff and the food in the restaurant have been all amazing. The hotel has like the best view of Budva coast and you should do yourself a favor by staying at one of their sea-view rooms. The hotel has its own beach and it is super close to other attractions as well. Highly recommend to everyone who would like to wake up to a Adriatic view and run to the beach!
Ths hotel was very close to Budva main bus station, which takes only 5min by walking as well as sea side of beach. There are also some supermarkets, shopping malls and cafe that you can eat and buy some gifts.
The best part was the room’s balcony. It was so large and have table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Ths room also had kettle to make your own tea and coffee.
Oh my goodness, Westeros in Budva, Montenegro was an absolute dream come true! The shared terrace was like a slice of heaven, where I could bask in the glorious sun and enjoy breathtaking views of the Budva Riviera. The proximity to the stunning beaches allowed me to spend my days lounging on the golden sands and taking refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters.
- swimming pool and the area around
- clean and cosy room with beautiful view (cleaning everyday was a big positive surprise)
- great localisation near the sea
- friendly and helpful staff
- parking spot
Overall, the hotel was amazing and made our stay in Montenegro even better. We loved this place and will definitely come back to this hotel.
Aleksandra, the hostess, is very pleasant and attentive, always in touch and ready to help and answer any question at any time. Excellent location with great views of the Old Town. The value for money is the best I have found in the Old Town of Budva. I have stayed at the hotel three times and will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Really great. Many thanks to Sonja and Neno for the family atmosphere. Villa with a beautiful view of the sea and Budva resort, just far enough from the crowded city and at the same time close to anywhere in Montenegro, ideally equipped... that's basically just a detail. We would be very happy to come again sometime if possible.
This people can make you feel like family. We made food in the garden using their grill. Shop was really close. Prices very good. Place to park the car. You should visit Jaz Beach, Kotor Castele, Budva Old Town and St. Stefan. We had a wonderful time here. Best place to stay in Montenegro. 🤩😍
The breakfast is excellent and delicious. The hotel location is convenient. There is a way to Budva city along the beach for 1 hour on foot. The sea view is also stunning and we had a very great time there. I'm really looking forward to staying here again.
AMAZING HOTEL! Best place to stay in Budva. Amazing location right on the beach next to the old town. Oceanfront view from room. Great breakfast. Amazing value for cheap price for a 5 star hotel quality. Staff super nice and place feels brand new.
Everything was great, the location, the comfort, the cleanliness is excellent. Special thanks to Mr Popovic, our driver who we met through the hotel and took us around Montenegro, was really great.
Reception were very kind and well.. receptive. AC seemed to be actually relatively cool the room (not common in Budva hotels). You have a supermarket right next door.
Fair value for price I’d say.
The last point in my trip and happy end. Respect Bulgaria,Greece, Albania Montenegro is special, for this money you can't have more than This apartment propose. Enjoy this hotel and apartments.
