Hotel exceeded all expectations. There is beach towel service and a designated beach with umbrella/chairs close by. Food was excellent and all-you-can-eat/Swedish table with options to eat inside our on the balcony. We paid on site for dinner to be included which was worth it. There is an indour and outdoor pool, kids playground, gym, kids entertainment room, seating area under a beautiful tree, spa and cosmetic services, computer area, and much more including many cafes and restaurants in the area.
There was lots of staff around. There were evening performances occasionally. Hotel was extremely clean. Neighbourhood is quieter for Montenegro and its near Budva (historic, busy city) for anyone wanting to enjoy a bigger city.
Only a few minutes from the Bečići beach, Hotel Ponta Nova provides modern-style apartments and rooms.

The staff were so good and friendly. I'm gluten free and and its not really catered for anywhere in Budva. But the staff knew I loved the fruit and brought me out a bowl of delicious watermelon. They even got me a gluten free chocolate bar. My husband who can eat anything said the breakfast was one of best hes ever had. Fresh pancakes and a variety of home made pastries. I love this hotel and would recommend it.

Budva is a wonderful place to stay if you want to wander around its beautiful beaches. I would recommend going to the city itself during the high season as it is not too exciting when there are little to no tourists there.

I have just got back from 2 weeks away in small resort just outside Budva. I thought it useful to give my thoughts on Budva which might help those considering Budva for the first time.
Montenegro, especially Budva and surrounding area is nothing more than a construction site is, dirty, dusty noisy place. Broadly speaking I was totally underwhelmed, despite the ravings of one or two articles I read about Budva before my trip.
The resorts relies heavily on its once beautiful and impressive albeit rather small Old Town, beyond that very disappointing - namely strip of pebbly, gritty, dirty beaches with sunbathers packed like sardines unable for the great part to manoeuvre their sunbeds. A proliferation of pizza takeaway shops, beaches littered with plastic bottles, trash and cigarette butts. Shantytowns, very scruffy in places and a generally an unsmiling, unfriendly local population (could this be due to language difficulties, more focused on Russian tourists?) Broadly similar where ever you go in Montenegro.
Would I return. No, not even if I was paid to return, I would never go back.

A touristic city.
A touristic city. Nothing else rather than tourism here, or swimming at the sea at season I guess. The city is composed mostly of 3-5 storey buildings. There are picturesque mountains around but you cannot really walk there, at least not without riding up by taxi. Lots of construction work around, sometimes you are confused how to go because whole streets are closed. There is nice litte "old town" touristic spot, I liked it the most of all.

A lovely place to visit and the Montenegrin people are so friendly and welcoming. Spent most of our evenings walking around the Old Town within the walls. The Piano Nobile restaurant within the Old town is a must and we dined there on 3 occasions. We felt very safe and saw No anti social behaviour at all. Already planning a 2nd trip later on this year and this time we'll stay in the Old Town.

The growing energy of the local culture and surroundings, city with high potential, engaging atmosphere and breath taking landscape. perfect for family or couple of friend, we loved walking on beaches and enjoy the local gastronomy.
Overall this is the best hotel I have stayed in over a 1-year period in Montenegro. It is also one of the best I have been to in terms of quality/price ratio in the world. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and provide all the amenities you could expect from a hotel room. I also got a free upgrade to a superior or family room and it was extremely spacious but even the regular rooms are great. All the staff is friendly and professional. I want to especially highlight Bojana's work. She was very quick to react to all wishes and requests.
This hotel was incredible! From the staff welcome to the last day where we decided that this was certainly the only hotel we’d pick while in Budva. The pool , reception, and dining area staff were so incredibly welcoming and warm. Importantly the hotel was clean and tidy and situated in the best location. Right on the happening Slovenska plaza but far enough away to have a peaceful night of sleep from the bustling nightlife. Thank you and looking forward to returning at my earliest convenience.
Stayed in a private room w doublebed. A/C was cooling off and hostel is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to bus station and the beach. Everything in walking distance. Shower 🚿 hose was spreadimg all over which I mentioned to manager. He also completed some kitchenwear I was missing. Over all the premises are good. However, I think Budva and the coastal cities in Montenegro are overpriced, overcrowded and not worth the money. But Budva hostel is great!
The owner was welcoming and most of them were turkish. The room was clean, spacious, with all the necessary amenities.
The hotel's location is good, making it easy to explore Budva and its surroundings.
The only downside was that the hotel does not accept credit card payments, which was a bit inconvenient. Just be sure to bring cash for payments.
I would stay again if i visit Budva again.
Guest house andrea is best of the best for Budva!
People are so nice and they can be the most friendly people in all Montenegro. Many thanks to Marco and his lovely family! You should definitely stay in Guest House Andrea. I traveled more than 50 countries around the world and I couldn’t see the lovely and friendly people like house owner Marco and his family! Thank you so much for everything!
WOW! Can’t say enough about this hotel! Absolutely gorgeous! Feels like you’re home but with a dab of luxury! There is a small spa downstairs with a jacuzzi, pool and sauna! Also, there are snacks available to you all day and the hotel staff was a dream! The room was even better! So clean and beautiful views of the sea and old down Budva. Can’t recommend it enough! We didn’t want to leave!
The Slavija hotel is one of the best that I have ever stayed at. Their staff is friendly, accommodating and professional above all. The buffet arrangements are first class as well as their drink selection.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would only recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Budva on vacation or passing through on business. I can’t wait to come back!
Our stay at the apartment was very pleasant. The apartment is located near the city center of Budva - local coffee shop, supermarket and many bakeries. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare a meal. The host was one of the nicest host I’ve ever met - replied so quickly to our messages. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Montenegro!
Property was fine and the room was bright. They had a pool which was very nice after a day in the heat of Budva but limited seating. OK breakfast with the essentials and some local dishes. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel but Google maps did the job. A/C worked very well. Staff was friendly and helpful upon requests where we asked for a hairdryer and an iron.
I liked everything at the Hotel Aleksandar. The location is great, the rooms are on the sunny side overlooking the sea, all staff as always extremely friendly. Meals deserve a rating of 100. Very clean, tidy. Friendly in every request of the guest. Warm recommendations to everyone who wants to visit Budva or the Montenegrin coast.
Really great. Many thanks to Sonja and Neno for the family atmosphere. Villa with a beautiful view of the sea and Budva resort, just far enough from the crowded city and at the same time close to anywhere in Montenegro, ideally equipped... that's basically just a detail. We would be very happy to come again sometime if possible.
Best apartment i rented in Montenegro in that money range. Is huge comparing with others. Nice living room and big separated bedroom. Very well prepared bathroom too. Good location, 10mins to the beach, 20 to the old Budva town. Big and confortable parking below the apartment that is for you.
Very good contact with the owners.
Good location and great host - Milos, who really tried to help with everything. He offers a good price for airport transfer - travel with him was a pleasure as he was very happy to tell me all about life in Montenegro :) I had a lovely stay in Budva and would recommend this place.
Amazing hotel. Everything was perfect. Rooms were of good size, clean and tidy with a small balcony with excellent views. Washroom was very good with all the amenities and possibly the best shower I have seen in Montenegro. Close to old town around 15 mins walk.
Brand new hotel, it felt like we were one of the first guests at all. First line, amazing sea view. Great design of both the hotel and the rooms. Room service every day, pleasant and polite staff. Will definitely stay here again when we go to Montenegro.
Good location close to Old Town. Sea is close, too, but still need to walk (there is only 1 hotel in Budva which is located right at the beach, and it's much more expensive).
They have animation during summer months; breakfast is OK 7AM-10AM.
Location of hotel is great, walking distance to nightlife and restaurants. The beach access is just okay, but thats Budva as a whole. Pool inside/outside was a cool feature and a lot easier for me than beach access/crowds.
Hotel is good for family family and kids only … the pool area is big however full of kids and noisy. Location of the hotel is very good in center of budva and near to budva old city and center. The area was save at night.
Best hotel so far in Montenegro. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, the seaside at walking distance.
We had a great time and enjoyed the kindness and hospitality of the staff, thanks especially to Mr “Eagle” :)
Hotel QT has a perfect location in Budva, for site seeing, bar and restaurants in walking distance, beach area walking distance, shopping mall in the hotel premises, private parking.
