Scam bags. Dont book with them. I have booked 2 rooms with them a week ago before my travel for €41/per room total was €92. and then on the day when my check in was due and we were at the airport got a notification in the booking.com app that the booking has been modified so i opened the notification and found out the price increased from €92 to €312 for both rooms. Contact the booking.com help line but they didn’t help me too and we had to go somewhere else and book the rooms on the same day which costs us too much. It was the horrible experience have got with this hotel and with the booking.com too.

The staff are just the best! So friendly and welcoming, and so very helpful. You feel cared for and looked after by all of them. The customer service and warmth we experienced here is by far the best we have ever experienced.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide range of foods to suit everybody. Most of us were veggies and 2 vegans, but we managed to feel satisfied most days with the buffet.

The area we stayed in was geared to all inclusive.
The area we stayed in was geared to all inclusive. We stayed b&b. There are some nice restaurants but they are a bit samey if you’ve eaten in them all week.
There is one stop that is allowed to sell beers and wines. But it was towards the main area of agadir beach.
Not very authentic but we ate in The Thai restaurant called Jade twice. The food was so yummy. And fresh the waiters were all very nice. And it was reasonably priced too.
If I were to come back. I’d choose all inclusive, and head out a couple of times during the week for meals. Rather than eating out every night.
We went to croco park which was well worth the visit. The on site cafe was nice too.
We also tried quad biking which we all loved.

This is my 3rd visit to Agadir and i love it.
This is my 3rd visit to Agadir and i love it. It feels very safe i haven't had any issues and never felt uncomfortable. Food is cheap and good value. Worth visiting for the lovely weather, nice and cheap food and friendly people. I recommend using the orange taxis as they are on a meter and work out much cheaper than the white taxis. The beach is lovely and clean, plenty of life guards around and tourist police patrol regularly so no trouble and feels very safe. Definitely visit the souk al had for all your shopping needs they have everything, you will have to haggle to avoid getting ripped off.

They stole my shirt
They stole my shirt
The worst insult that can befall a hotel that is supposed to be five stars is for a customer to lose his belongings while staying in the hotel or forget an item they have and when he asks about it they tell him that it does not exist!!!
This is what happened to me, as I forgot a shirt of material and moral value to me in my room. When I called them, they said that they did not find anything, even though I am a million times certain that I forgot it there. Unfortunately, with this you are harming the reputation of tourism in a beautiful country like Morocco

A wonderful city, beautifully situated on the shore of the ocean. Very friendly people. It's worth taking a ride around the city on a small, open-air train and taking a cable car to the top of the mountain. There are many attractions to see, it's worth coming here, I highly recommend it.

There are many attractions around the town, especially for kids. Taxis are quite cheap, but we didn’t manage to find anyone with kids car seats. We had to hold our toddler on our lap all the time. In many places there are fair and fixed prices, however in the shops near the hotel most of the things are fake, shop workers lie about the prices and the quality of the products. For example, I was told that the earrings I like were 18k gold, and that there is no stamp on them not to ruin the gold. When I said that they don’t weigh or look like gold, he admitted that it was stainless steal, but that they “look just like gold and won’t change colour”. The taxi drivers are mostly helpful and tell you the price straight away. We were able to get to the best places based on their recommendation, since many places take advantage of the tourists.
We had a lovely stay here. The staff were really nice, the all inclusive food buffet was fantastic (lots of salads and vegetables) and we were consistently impressed with the quality of the food. We had a sea view room which had lovely views of the sea. The pool area was great and there was plenty of seating and being adults only, it was very relaxed.. However the hotel itself was lovely - the lobby area is like something out of an Agatha Christie Hercule Poirot novel! Would happily come here again
The hotel is in a great location near to the beach.
Check-in was simple, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was traditional Moroccon, there was also freshly made omelette's and thick pancakes.
The pool was great, it was cool, but the weather was hot, so it was very welcoming after a day out.
The room was clean, we had a view of the pool and a little baloney. The staff changed the towels every day and cleaned, and made the bed.
the waiters, chefs, cooks, barmen, and kitchen staff were all very nice and helpful. 5 stars for them. Food was wonderful, and I love their omelettes and crepes. Also the animations team/ entertainment team were fantastic and super enthusiastic!! The hotel does look very pretty and it has a nice pool. The cleaners were also very helpful. And the garden looks beautiful and well kept. A lot of cute cats and kittens hangout there. Lastly, the bedroom looks very well for a 3 star hotel.
Lovely beach property with friendly staff. From reception to cleaning staff to ground staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. I loved the activities like yoga and aqua fit. Jaguar in particular was excellent. Very friendly and warm to everyone young and old. Very close to 4 fabulous restaurants if you’re not all inclusive. Breakfast is included in your stay and was delicious and fresh and tasty. Clean beds. Great showers.
The place is very nice and a lot bigger than we expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the birthday package I booked for my wife was lovely. Hotel itself is so close to the beach and local shops, making it a perfect location for those who don't drive and don't want to spend a fortune on taxis. Tour guide set up in the lobby for those looking for any activities to do was a nice touch.
Very good hotel, booked it just because of the sea view. I would compare it with Holiday Inn, good standard but not luxury. However for Morocco that I had chance to see, this is a real luxury.Comfortable bed, agreeable temperature in the room AND bathroom, no noise from AC. This is definitely not normal in Morocco. The breakfast was good, a lot of options, nice view of the sea.
As a moroccan, I know a lot about agadir, the culture, how it was years ago and practically have been to almost al hotels.
As an all inclusive hotel the food was great. Authentic morrocan food (not that European adaptation). Very diverse every day.
Location is perfect.
Cleaning job very good.
Security very professional
Big room
The location was ideal, with plenty of very good quality restaurants, and dessert parlors at walking distance.
Easy access to the beach.
Taxi's available outside the hotel.
Very friendly people.
Very good wholesome food.
Plenty of fresh fruit, nuts and vegetables.
Very healthy options.
Marina was lovely with eating places.
I no longer stay in the hotel for breakfast as they got ride of all the bar staff and there is only one lad that you can talk to as there very low clase staff there at the moment , been there for about 4 years and one of there best guest but will not be staying again and much less eating, domino has kicked them out of the market .
Food was excellent. Lots to choose from, good quality meats and fish. Very clean and fresh.
Huge comfy beds. The animation team were great. Lots of fab entertainment. Great for children and babies. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the best all inclusives we've been to.
Location is very good. The host is a lovely man. He cooked for me the best food I had in Morocco so far, really! Very clean. He spent an hour or so with me chatting about common interests. If you need a place close to Agadir airport, this is the best option. Only a 10 minute walk 👌
The only thing I can comment on is the bed, very hard, but that is purely down to personal choice.
The staff were, like the people of Morocco, very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a treat. Will definitely choose this hotel if I return to Agadir.
Amazing all inclusive hotel, you couldn't ask for more. Great location right on the beach. A leisurely stroll to marina( 5km).
A short taxi drive to the mountain for the cable car ( must do, amazing view to the marina, Agadir and Atlas mountains)
Very close to the Agadir Beach where you can relax and spend best time. Restaurants are mostly close there as well all types, Moroccon, Italian, Asian cuisine’s. swimming pool is also very nice and well maintained by the hotel management.
Absolutely one of the nicest places I stayed in all of Morocco. Incredible location with beautiful views and the sweetest host family you could ever meet. I absolutely recommend staying and hope to return myself one day.
Good size room. The location is 5 mins from the souk, 30min walking distance from the beach. There's a taxi hub behind the hotel, so it's easy to find a taxi.
