The location is full of waterfalls and breathtaking views of a river and mountains. Cleanliness is to be improved which is hard to maintain as we discussed with staff as close to a river and location in a tropical rainforest. We indeed enjoyed our stay. We arrived as requested by the host by 4:30 PM. However, the room given to us was not very satisfactory. There was dust, the linen was not that clean, and the place was totally infested with ants. We politely informed the host about the situation, stating that the room was not very suitable as a clean room. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi, no hot water, and no kettle. The host decided to arrange a room in a neighboring facility and made a full refund.
