The room was great with a fridge, tea and coffee, air conditioning, a balcony and a lovely bathroom with a very nice shower which was powerful and had hot water.
Reception staff were very helpful and we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel after checking out for a number of hours. The hotel organised the free airport drop off which arrived early and was very professional.

Our First Stay In Sri Lanka, Based on being reasonably close to The airport. The Owner is super nice, Very helpfull. Our rooms were at the top of the accomadation block and had nice views. We only had Breakfast, But as our first time, We were surprised at the amount, And qaulity. Would reccommend

A great BUDGET hotel, in an old style, it is a bit dated, but ULTRA clean, in a great location, with fantastic access to the beach. Two very friendly dogs, that love to be fussed. Loved this hotel. It was so beautifully decorated. The art was gorgeous. Our room was lovely... comfortable, clean, spacious. Bathroom and shower were great.We had our own balcony. Given the location of Negombo to Colombo its a good location to the city but I would advise take two days in Negombo (nothing much in Colombo and Negombo)and make a few more days to Galle (very peaceful quiet, touristy) and definitely catch that Kandy to Ella train for that epic train pic. Overall beautiful experience and the people very welcoming kind and loving.

The hotel stay was the best. The staff was exceptionally helpful including the Hotel Manager. Great food. Along the street variety of restaurants with delicious food is available.
I would highly recommend the Jetwing Beach Hotel and making the bookings through Booking.com

We booked only one night in Negombo, to be close to the airport, as we were flying home the next day. The room was very spacious and clean. We did not take breakfast, as had to leave at 6am for the airport. We would be happy to visit Negombo again, and hopefully spend a little longer there.

Did not get to see much of Negombo. It was a very nice hotel I booked a two bed room and I got exactly what I asked for. Next time I would like to get something closer to reception. The toilet , hot water and pressure was great. We enjoyed our short stay.

Negombo is in two parts.
Negombo is in two parts. I was in a district of Negombo, close to the airport not in Negombo itself. I did not realise this nor was it made clear.
I thought the hotel was an airport transit hotel. It wasn't t as it offered no shower and change facilities once you checked out. The reception area was tiny. There was no comfortable area to sit,no outside space. I had too long from checkout to my flight. I therefore had to pay to keep my room on. There was quite a walk to Browns beach, few shops and restaurants along the way. No signs either to the beach..If you require a hotel overnight, free airport shuttle and you have a decent flight time then the hotel would be okay. Otherwise I would not recommend as there is nothing to do at the hotel and restricted to other amenities.

This is usually the first stop arriving to Sri Lanka or the last stop on the way back to the airport. However, Negombo has the potential to be a destination in itself. The beaches are not bad (may not be as good as down south), nice beach front cafes, restaurants and deck chairs to chill with a drink and watch the sunsets. Diving is possible during the season (not mid April to Sept). Lots of cafes and restaurants with variety of food (local, western, Asian and middle eastern). Stays can be in hostels, small family run hotels or 4 & 5 star hotel chains. Negombo has the canals, churches, Buddhist temples and Hindu Temples to explore. Negombo town is not as busy as Colombo, but has everything you need. Train and main Bus terminal will take you to all destinations within the country, not forgetting the proximity to the International airport. Recommend 2 to 3 full days.
The hotel is just a minute from the beach. Modern hotel with very helpful excellent staff. Very good breakfast with variety of dishes. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were amazing. Wije and the bar staff was friendly and made our experience their very special. We had a sea view room. Very clean and modern. The amazing view of sunset and and early morning sailing fishing boats were amazing. We would certainly come to this hotel again next time when we are in Sri Lanka. The staff were always at hand to help us.
I stayed in Ever Green villa together with my friend and it was the first place where I have been in Sri Lanka. I think it was a good choice and the best place to recover after my long flight. This small family hotell was very clean and comfy in a quiet and green area. Hosts were super friendly and we felt like family members. Nimasha cooked us very delicious and rich local dinner and offered tea or coffee in the morning. I would like to stay here also the next time when I come to Negombo. ❤

It was set back from the busy streets of Negombo. Very comfortable bed, large room with hot shower.
Breakfast was nice and they have a large menu. Staff were pleasant and helpful, they live on site.
This place has a small bar with an honesty system which was a surprise and some pet rabbits you can play with. The pool is big and delightful in the heat.
It's a close walk to the beach side restaurants(15 mins) and or a quick tuk tuk ride which can be organized in house. Big undercover balcony.
My stay was a wonderful welcome into Sri Lanka! The hotel organized my collection from the airport and I were greeted with delicious fresh juice on arrival. All the family welcomed me and treated me like we were family. The Full English breakfast was tasty and the four course dinner is Highly recommended and fantastic. very comfortable beds as well, quiet area. I were brought on a tour of the nearby lagoon was a very beautiful place to go in Negombo. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️🤗
If you are looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay, Cozy Inn is the ideal place to be. Mr. Rehan Fernando’s customer service skills are spectacular. By far the best customer service I had in Sri Lanka. Clean and comfortable rooms were a plus. What attracted us the most, there are many restaurants and pubs nearby. Also, I really did enjoy the sea breeze coming from the Negombo beach. Highly recommend the Cozy Inn for a perfect stay. I will definitely come back next year.
Had a really nice stay at Ayur Ayur in negombo. The staff were so welcoming and helpful at all times. The breakfast was exceptional, a great selection of foods. Our room was really comfortable and the Aircon was great. The pool was so nice after a humid day! We had no problems with the current situation in Sri Lanka. We would definitely visit again. The property was a 5 min walk to the beach too.
Stayed here 1 night to go to the airport. Lovely hotel, nicest place I had stayed whilst backpacking in Sri Lanka. They had toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice touch. Friendly and accommodating staff. They woke up at 4.30am to make sure we got our 5am taxi to the airport. 15 min drive to the airport and 15 min tuk tuk to the beach. They brought us watermelon juice on arrival.

We just stayed there for one night before flying. a curfew was in place in Sri Lanka so we couldn’t go far and the hotel was very accommodating.

Great place to spend a day and get your bearings after landing in Sri Lanka - short ride to the airport and close to Negombo beach. Our room had a huge balcony and the pool and garden areas are nice. The owner was incredibly helpful in giving local recommendations and arranging good value transport to our next destination.

I really liked this place: very safe with the electonic key, the first place in Sri Lanka where I could pay by using Credit Card, beautiful park, restaurant, pool. Comfy bed and clean. Close to the beach and the city center. Perfect for a short stay before or after the flight

The hotel also boasts two pools which makes it easy to use the facilities.
