Every aspect of this place was perfect for us (Australian family of 4 with a 3 and 6 year old). The play area, sand pit, pool, food, staff and the view were all exceptional. Special mention to Kushan who was one of the best, friendliest and most professional front of house managers I have ever come across.

Excellent location in the heart of Ella, just a couple of minutes off the main road, where all the restaurants are. Staff was nice and helpful, and the room was modern, clean, and had stunning views. Breakfast is buffet style, but pretty diverse and fresh, and the kitchen will cook anything else you need. Would definetely recommend.

Absolutely everything was just perfect for our 3 nights, rooms clean and very well appointed, food excellent we even had an out door Bbq one night and the staff were 1st class especially Sanjeeva and his colleagues Priyantha, Krisham, Sujeewa and Thaksila nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome and looked after our every need The view and gardens with the hot tub were just a glorious space to unwind and relax There are only 12 rooms so it has that home from home feel and the view and location for exploring Ella could not have been better

The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. I needed a taxi to the airport at midnight and they were able to book one for me. The ride was really comfortable and safe, in an AC car. Rooms are really spacious and the fan is enough to cool you at night, you don't really need AC here as Ella is much cooler than some parts of Sri Lanka. It's very quiet at night, and there are night lights and a balcony to spot wildlife like frogs, bats etc. Whole room has a nice design and bug net, and the bathroom was really clean and spacious, with a separate sink. Wish I could have stayed longer. Bed was really comfortable! Was given a lovely welcome juice on arrival.
