The room was HUGE, as was the bathroom. We had so much space, and a great view. A juice was provided on arrival which was a nice touch as well. The host was super helpful in organising a tuk tuk for us when we wanted to go visit our friends down the road. The location is only about a 5-10 minute drive from the park entrance, which is super convenient as well.

Amazing place, we’ve arranged transport from the Jungle Paradise, such an amazing guy. Very helpful. Then the place, the people at the stay are very hospital, want to do everything for you. Good breakfast and great lunch and dinner. We booked the guide Lasa and he was outstanding, he is so social, so alert in the safari, sees everything. But also very kind to the animals and surroundings. Exactly what I would expect from a guide, outstanding!!

Arrived late but was welcomed by Mila who managed to sort out evening meal. Overall very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return. Mila and his team, very likeable and hospitable hosts. Enjoyed the backdrop of the lake and its resident turtles and many fish. 100% recommend the lodges available. We stayed in the lodge with the bathroom open to the elements and were joined by a host of creatures including a frog and lizard 🦎🐸😂 For value for money this establishment rates at the of the best ever encountered. Just on the edge of Udawalawe National Park, look this place up, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed 😊
