The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, pillows and duvet were the best! We asked the receptionist for a recommendation , where would the local people eat, it was a fantastic recommendation, food the place everything. The breakfast was very nice, we are vegetarian and were catered for with no issues.

Good location, very quiet, yet central, just around the corner of central park.
Great breakfast with delicious food and many varieties, from eggs, to sweet, to porridge, to fresh fruit. Staff fills up breakfast all the time, which is a great plus. Kind and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with big shower and very clean. Comfy beds. I will stay here again, when visiting Karaganda.
