Its a must visit place in kazakstan,area wise its not huge you will find all the attractions near to each other.people are very kind in the city. Only the language barrier with them as most of them speak russian, but a translator will help you out from this.

The city is artificial and has no soul. Some interesting stuff though in the national museum. Some good restaurants near the Khan Shatyr with tasty georgian food. Less people speak English than in Almaty.

Amazing contemporary architecture all around the precinct, easy to walk to, probably would have looked even more beautiful showing green lawns, I was there when much covered in snow. Not tourist orientated re maps, managed by shear walking and working out mysel where things were to find the amazing national museum of the republic which is an absolute must see!!!!! Well worth the long haul from Australia to see this country! People are nice, cab drivers ok, lots of eateries, coffee shops etc, flew to Almaty also and dashed to Uzbekistan to visit Samarqand as well

Very hospitable city. Many cultural attractions. We'd like to come back in the summer when the weather is nice (our trip was in November, and it was too windy and chilly). We could not enjoy walks in the multiple parks.
Location: Bus station is just outside to go anywhere in the city and also to the airport. Train station astana 1 is also very nearby. Cabs are very easily available.
Staff: very helpful and courteous staff and speaks English.
Rooms: clean and single room enough space for one person.
Breakfast: freshly made and scrumptious.
Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. And food delivery is also pretty easy.
Quiet and good hotel for the price.
It was pretty standard as hotel goes, but the room facilities were good, comfortable, and functioned well. The two very commendable points were the helpfulness of the staff and the location of the hotel. Not a very long walk to get to Keruen City Mall and to the older part of Astana. Bed was comfortable for us, safe was provided, and housekeeping was punctual.
the worst hotel I lived in Astana ,1) the reception has no basic trust for guests,for the first time I asked to continue one more day , no stop writing and calling to ask when ur gonna pay,just so miserable and sad ,did not like this attitude to guests .
