I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Park Hotel in Astana, and I can highly recommended! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by the staff at the reception. They made the check-in process seamless and efficient, ensuring that I felt welcomed from the outset.
One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of dishes to cater to all tastes, from traditional local flavors to international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal a pleasant occasion.
The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. Situated near key attractions, including parks and cultural sites, it was easy to explore Astana. I loved taking leisurely walks in the nearby parks, and I always felt safe and comfortable in the area.

Astana is a very nice and modern city that offers many tourist attractions. To see all the attractions, you need to be here 3 days, maybe more. Very long distances between points, but communication works well.

The city is artificial and has no soul. Some interesting stuff though in the national museum. Some good restaurants near the Khan Shatyr with tasty georgian food. Less people speak English than in Almaty.

Amazing contemporary architecture all around the precinct, easy to walk to, probably would have looked even more beautiful showing green lawns, I was there when much covered in snow. Not tourist orientated re maps, managed by shear walking and working out mysel where things were to find the amazing national museum of the republic which is an absolute must see!!!!! Well worth the long haul from Australia to see this country! People are nice, cab drivers ok, lots of eateries, coffee shops etc, flew to Almaty also and dashed to Uzbekistan to visit Samarqand as well

Very hospitable city. Many cultural attractions. We'd like to come back in the summer when the weather is nice (our trip was in November, and it was too windy and chilly). We could not enjoy walks in the multiple parks.
A clean, quiet, small hotel, located some 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, from which you can also reach the central area around Bayterek tower by foot if you like walking, or the Silk Road shopping centre. There are also a couple of buses stopping in this area and small shops. A good place to stay for a few nights in Astana.
We very much appreciated earlier check-in time as we arrived by an overnight flight.
The hotel is new. The rooms were clean but not overly spacious. It was exactly like in the pictures. The bed was comfortable. The shower had necessary amenities. Being on the main street allows you to easily find taxis. There are cafes, markets, and restaurants nearby.
Excellent hotel near the Expo and the grand mosque, a short drive away from the airport. Spotless and modern. Perfect if you need to stay in that area of Astana and not near the downtown attractions.
