The hotel is dated, but the rooms are spacious and clean. I only stayed here to do a tour to explore the island. Not a lot of interaction with the staff.

As any K-drama lover knows: Jeju is a must, really different from the rest of Korea. However, for now I can only speak with regards to my 3-4 days trip mostly in the East of Jeju where it is perhaps less easy to get around (even using kakao taxi app at times there will be no taxi available) than in the Jeju city: yet the fresh sea food and the ocean view at any given time (as well as staying nearby the harbor to visit Udo island) was certainly worth it.

Amazing scenery.
Amazing scenery. Be prepared to walk a lot to make the most of it. Some restaurants are not tourist friendly if you don’t speak Korean. Other food places are wonderful. Starbucks at Sunrise Peak have really rude staff (not to me yet I observed it in disbelief) and have complained to their head office). So you get the good and bad like anywhere else. Worth a visit.

The island itself is great, lots of food options (both Korean and other ethnicities), cool places for kids to run around/ indoor play parks too. The beaches are nice as well. All around good to visit. I think next time I would go to an actual hotel, and skip the camping.

I was glad that we started off from the East and end the trip at Jeju City.
Really enjoy the sceneries along the trip, the road and traffic condition (except for Jeju City where it can be a bit chaotic for foreigner).
It's easy to get around Jeju as the rented car is equipped with navigation system. Enjoyed UDO Island, Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market, Dongmun Traditional Market, Hallasan's Peak hike, waterfalls, clean beaches and the nice foods. I will avoid Lotte Duty Free Shop in my next visit. I am hoping for another autumn trip to Jeju.

It was a different trip for me so I did not go south of the island - Seowipo. That's because I will be doing a separate trip to the south. Jeju city has a great bus facility till late at night so you can travel without worry. There are many places to see in Jeju, such as the Folk museum, Areum museum, Ilchabong peak for sunrise, Manjangul caves, teddy bear museum, Ossuloc tea estate and cafe, Snoopy museum, and more. If you are a hiker, mount Hallasan offers many trails. If you want to submit it, you will have to book a slot in advance as only a set number of people can climb the peak each day. It is a 10-hour hike up and down. The food markets in the city are a great place to try out different food and don't forget to try their oranges (Hallabon)!
Seowipo has many waterfalls and a seafood market, which is a must for everyone who visits the island. If you have an extra day, I would recommend taking a ferry to the Udo island on the east of Jeju. It is a small island and you can ride a bike through the entire place in 2 hours. It's a small-town vibe with good places to eat fresh seafood. Must try the abalone rice porridge!

Simply love Jeju!!
Simply love Jeju!! Slow down our city life pace to enjoy the nature, food, people and all. Food is really fresh and awesome, filled up every meal and every restaurants that we stopped by to eat were just great. We will definitely come back again to visit more nature spots.
good location - close to Jeju international airport and bus stops. altho public transport travel time to Seogwipo / tourists sites was quite long (1-2hrs). big, spacious room (unlike hotels in Seoul!) with couch, TV and good facilities
I would definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever back in Jeju city. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bedroom was very comfortable - bed, pillows, size of the room. Location was central in Jeju city.
Very near airport and it’s quiet and unique in Jeju Island. Owner is fantastic and very friendly and helpful. I like the music from the cafe as it gives the quiet place a nice vibes.
