We liked that it was close to airport and was in the middle of a small shopping precinct. It presented as very clean and tidy. Nice size Bathroom. This hotel is predominantly for airline staff. The breakfast is buffet and there was lots of it and restaurant also had very nice tasting food. We did not get breakfast included in our room price and we had booked two nights.

Incheon was mindblowing. The urban and public infrastructure isjust superb, and the architecture is just so futuristic and beautiful. The juxtaposition of various elements, and the harmony created among the various elements, would beat any city in the USA or Europe. People are so very helpful, they would go to any lengths to help any stranger. The weather is exquisite. I would love to revisit.

It is very easy to get in and our of incheon.
It is very easy to get in and our of incheon. There are actually a lot of options and the place is massive, so what happens you end up choosing the closest option to go to the city. Consider that Seoul proper is about 45 minutes to 1 hour away, either by taxi or train. So account for this when you are planning to depart. The airport is truly massive and need some time to navigate. On the other hand, there is a proper shopping mall and plenty of restaurants for those odd hours flying in or out.
We took an hotel nearby that provided a complimentary shuttle bus service. In any case, local taxis are available and have similar prices than the ones in the city so in all very easy to navigate with much less stress than anticipated.

The hotel is cute, quaint, clean, and quiet. It is located 5 minutes from the airport, which was extremely convenient for me. I felt safe and the staff were very friendly. They have a convenience store near the lobby to purchase snacks, etc. They provide airport shuttles to and from the airport that run at regular intervals.
I plan to stay there again upon my return from Thailand.

Incheon is a town, less busy than Seoul and the Incheon international airport is a massive place. There are shopping malls, stores, restaurant en entertainment. When you do not like the craziness in the capital and it's a place for you. Transportation is great, A-trex or trains work great.

We weren't there long enough to comment. But if I ever go back, I'd like to see more of Incheon. It was a lovely introduction to our visit to Korea. We stayed in other hotels in Deajeon and Juju Island. The Best Westin was our favorite.

The bed was super comfortable to sleep after a long overnight flight. The vegetarian and vegan options weren't modern, tasty or creative. The room was very spacious which was lovely. We didn't investigate the surroundings but there looked very limited options. In the parks around some hawker stalls would elevate this area to a new level.
Love the location - just next to Unseo station and 2 stops from Incheon Airport T1 - very convenient for my morning flight. Spacious room with good-quality bed and bathroom. Many restaurants & Lotte Mart nearby. Most impressive was the self check-in, with room number & door pass code sent via messages, it was so efficient. There was also clear instruction given via messages on how to get to the hotel. Excellent overall experience.
This hotel is very good if you plan to be close to Incheon Airport. It's close to Unseo Station but don't think that it will be easy to walk there with a lot of luggage on an uphill road! It's better to get a taxi to get to the airport (it's not expensive). If you want to visit Seoul, it's pretty far to get to the city centre. The amenities at the hotel were great. The view of the sea and mountains from the balcony is amazing!
Easily accesible via free schedule shuttle bus directly from Incheon Airport. The building right next to the hotel has 5 to 7 restaurants and 3 small convenience stores. Its right across the street from Paradise City which boosts a casino, kids amusement park and huge water spa center. You can take the shuttle back to the airport and take the subway to Unseo you find big Lotte Supermarket.
The contactless check-in system was very easy to navigate. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent if you want to be close to Incheon airport (we had a flight the next day - the hotel is directly next to Unseo Train Station, which connects to the Airport Railroad (AREX) that is one stop from Terminal 1 and two from Terminal 2 (literally the closest you can be to the airport)!
Staff and hotel owner were nice, kind and very helpful. Hotel provided free airport shuttle from airport to hotel. Area of the hotel is calm and quite to have good sleep. Hotels was clean and comfortable. Bus stop is very near from the hotel to travel to other locations. Will visit again and recommend for stay in Incheon.
I booked it for the location, it's only 3 stations away from Incheon airport. But because my flight is really early in the morning, I used the hotel taxi service to the airport. It was raining a little when I went to the airport so the taxi service was really useful for me. Thanks!
Exceptional service. So many options in the facilities. Amazing for families with kids!! We stayed here for one night before leaving Seoul (close vicinity to Incheon airport), and wished we were staying longer! Rooms are spacious and comfortable as well!

Excellent location for layovers between flights at Seoul Incheon airport. Very easy to get from terminals to hotel by hourly hotel shuttle bus or by AREX airport train which stops literally next door to the hotel.
