Very good location near Tokyo Narita Intl, easy to reach from Tokyo Station and easy to get to the airport for earlier flights with the shuttle organized by the hotel. Very practical check-in and check-out, good and abundant (Japanese) breakfast. I would highly recommend the hotel and would certainly book again when flying to or from Tokyo Narita Intl.

Buffet breakfast was superb with delicious and varied choices for all tastes. Best breakast of my entire trip.
I also loved the mineral bath onsen and steam sauna for great relaxation. I did not like that there was an extra fee for the onsen, but considering the room charge was so affordable, I guess it was ok to add the fee. It is fair to guests who don't use the bath, they don't have to pay for it.
I also enjoyed the option of getting a massage or a facial at the spa. I had a fantastic 60 minute facial that I loved.
The hotel staff was very pleasant and offered detailed information and assistance. I felt welcomed.

The airport is not 24h so it’s not accessible from 9pm and until 6am unless you rent a car/taxi. You must arrive 3 hours early for the luggage drop off however there is no place open for you to get breakfast and you’re actually unable to go through customs until 7am! To me, it was tiring and stressful since I felt like I was going to miss my boarding.

Narita feels like a transitory space - so many tourists seem to stay there for a night (like I did) so they can catch a flight or to recuperate before heading to Tokyo, but the city itself is gorgeous! We went to an izakaya that served local produce and chicken, a charming shopping street, and one of the most gorgeous (and uncrowded) temple complexes I have been to in both Tokyo and Kyoto. The attached park was a lovely place to wander, and there are cats everywhere too! I wish I'd booked an extra night or two to explore some more since it seems like a lovely city that deserves it's own stay.

Everything was just perfect! The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent, the free shuttle is a plus but the day we went to the outlet the bus didn't pick up passengers, so we have to pay a taxi.

The staff at the reception was very welcoming and friendly. The room was set up as a usual business hotel model so nothing to complain here, all amenities can be taking with you at the front desk.
When arriving from Narita Int'l Airport you can easily reach the hotel using the Keisei Main Line; from the station it is a <5 minute walk. When using the JR station it's a slightly longer walk. Included breakfast was very good, it is a mix of Asian and Western cuisine, buffet style.
The hotel is great if you have a transit at Narita. There is an airport shuttle that takes you to and from the hotel and Narita (about 25 minute ride). The hotel is in the middle of nowhere otherwise. The rooms are large and comfortable (relative to what you get in cities like Tokyo downtown) and there is a Family Mart convenience store in the lobby where you can get drinks, snacks, or other essentials any time of day at reasonable prices.
Very close to Narita and has exceptional shuttle service to/from the airport. Also, only about 200 ft to Nippon Rent-a-Car. Room was clean and roomy, although a bit dated. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with lots of Japanese & Western choices. Staff were very professional & attentive to the customer’s needs. Stayed in several Nikko hotels throughout my driving trip to Japan this time and am quite impressed with this hotel chain.
Amazing hotel to stay when you need something close to the airport! Firstly they provide free shuttle bus from terminal 1 and 2 that goes all the time. Secondly, in the lobby there is 24/7 continence store (Lawson) really well equipped with ready to eat food and usual snacks.
The room is clean, all the amenities were there, even kettle and refrigerator. We would totally stay there again for a layover at narita
Location of this hotel in proximity to Narita Airport was fantastic. We could walk to the airport (once knowing the best walking path) in about 15minutes. The best method of traveling between the hotel and the airport was via the free shuttle bus which ran frequently. Arrived early and was able to store our luggage until check-in. There's also a 24hr Lawson in the lobby which is really convenient.
Location was perfect, it also provides a shuttle bus to all the terminals in Narita Airport. They don’t just give you a van as a shuttle, it’s a coach bus size so it’s legit, clean, and efficient. Hotel is located next to the stairs/elevator to the Keisei Station. After check-in, you go back up the escalator/stairs/elevator to go back to Narita San Omotesando or food and shops and city center.
Narita is only a short train trip from the airport and the hotel was close to the train station.

Breakfast was a nice buffet style with a good selection of food.
The surrounding area had some quiet pretty lanes to walk in with a lot of food spaces. The nearby park was also lovely for a walk.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. It was right next to a Spa Resort, which guests could use for free. It was awesome and relaxing especially after jetlag. It had a Conbini right in the hotel lobby. There is also a shuttle transfer from Narita Airport to the Hotel.
I've stayed here several times before, and the staff is always welcoming, the rooms are immaculate despite being small as is common in Japan. I know the location and it will always be my hotel to return to in Narita city. Love the free shuttle to the airport if it fits around your times.
