Amazing hotel to stay when you need something close to the airport! Firstly they provide free shuttle bus from terminal 1 and 2 that goes all the time. Secondly, in the lobby there is 24/7 continence store (Lawson) really well equipped with ready to eat food and usual snacks. The room is clean, all the amenities were there, even kettle and refrigerator. We would totally stay there again for a layover at narita

THE SHUTTLE BUSES WERE FREQUENT WHICH WAS HELPFUL. IT WAS NICE TO BE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND EASILY GET THE TRAIN TO THE SKYTREE. THE ROOMS WERE ADEQUATE AND MET OUR NEEDS FOR A TWO-NIGHT STAY. IT WAS HELPFUL TO HAVE A KETTLE, A SMALL FRIDGE, AND A FAN IN THE ROOM. AND THE VENDING MACHINES WITH SNACKS AND BEVERAGES WERE GREAT!

Reception very kindly waived the fee one hour after check-out and called a taxi to the airport on their own initiative.
