The room was very comfortable and clean; I thought the bed and pillow was very comfortable. I liked the location of the hotel, as it was close to the train station as well as to tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I felt very welcomed. The access to amenities was awesome for when I needed them, and the free drinks was great for convenience. What a pleasant surprise this hotel was, really great rooms, super friendly staff, a washmachine and dryer in your room to use for free, wow! On booking.com, the hotel comes accross as a bit shabby, but it is not at all. Everything is very new, spacious and well maintained.

Okayama is very convenient to transfer by trains to other sightseeing cities and places around, such as Kurashiki, Himeji, Naoshima Island, Teshima Island. The city is not very big, but worthy of a one-day walk around the castle and its royal park. The local people are friendly and most places are quiet, clean.
The Okayama's peaches are very delicious, juicious and sweet. Highly recommended!

I chose Okayama as a destination because I wanted to see Korakuen Gardens rated as one of 3 best in Japan.
I also wanted to see Naoshima Art Island and it made a good day trip.
The Kibitsu-jinja Shinto Temple was a fantastic complex. And out in the country a bit so peaceful. Another good day trip.
The local Art Gallery had a good exhibition on and the Castle was one of the best I've seen.
The town is just a good size. All conveniences without the Osaka scramble.

Bustling and thriving, really cool underground mall / restaurant alley next to the JR Okiyama station. Many dining options in that vacinity. I was only in town for eighteen hours, barely saw anything but had a nice visit on my way to the ultimate destination.

Very beautiful and underrated area of Japan. All the sights were lovely and it’s a good area if you’re interested in history, and leisure outdoor activities. I’d recommend really planning out your time since the transportation isn’t as frequent as Tokyo and lots of places close pretty early around 5/6pm.

There were beautiful gardens in the city including the wonderful botanic garden. The castle was also interesting. In addition, Okayama is a wonderful place to stay with day trips to wonderful cities/sites such as Hiroshima, Kurashiki, Naoshima or Himeji Castle.

Okayama is very pleasant and easygoing, with lots of walking possibilities. It is also located in between big tourist centers that can be easily reached from Okayama. People in Okayama are very nice and friendly, and food is really delicious.
The room was spacious and very comfortable with an excellent shower. There was many local restaurants close by for dinner. A delicious breakfast was available and the reception staff were very pleasant. From this hotel the beautiful Art Island of Naoshima can be accessed by train and ferry for a wonderful day trip. We can recommend the Hotel Koraku for visitors to Okayama.
The staff were very helpful and lots of little extras are included which makes a difference overall - free welcome drink, free morning coffee, slippers, towel and bath robes. At most other capsule hotels you'd have to pay extra for these. Good location as well - on route between the station and gardens.
The location of the hotel was just right there at the Okayama Station and connected to the shopping malls where you can settle your lunch and dinner there.
One of the hotel staffs’ service was exceptionally great, leaving a good image for the hotel in me.
The location of this hotel next to the train and bus station makes it very convenient for travellers. The hotel is close to many restaurants and cafes - Okayama is great town for food and artisan wares.
