The hotel is right next to the train station. Without any noise from it. The room was spacious. Shops and a few restaurants are within 100 meters. The Bus station is on the other side of the tracks (without an elevator though). A good breakfast is included in the room price.

Convenient shuttle service to and from Narita. They also offered a shuttle to a shopping mall. Buffet breakfast was superb with delicious and varied choices for all tastes. Best breakast of my entire trip. I also loved the mineral bath onsen and steam sauna for great relaxation. I did not like that there was an extra fee for the onsen, but considering the room charge was so affordable, I guess it was ok to add the fee. It is fair to guests who don't use the bath, they don't have to pay for it. I also enjoyed the option of getting a massage or a facial at the spa. I had a fantastic 60 minute facial that I loved. The hotel staff was very pleasant and offered detailed information and assistance. I felt welcomed.
