The hotel has excellent location for transport and shops. The rooms are well equipped with lots of useful accessories. The lobby area is very attractive and comfortable . The staff were most helpful and efficient throughout our stay. We had a very nice breakfast in the cafe every day.

I love the fact that it had an outside onsen that was perfect and much needed after a day of walking and exploring the area. The breakfast in the morning was everything I needed. Most restaurants didn’t open until 11 or they were dinner restaurants and opened at 530. Very convenient. The staff on the property was so polite and although I didn’t speak too much Japanese, they made sure to find a way that we could communicate.
The rooms are extravagant, the staffs are helpful and can communicate in English. It is just walking distance from the University of Tokyo, Kashiwa campus. There is a seven-eleven at the bottom of the hotel which stays open until 10 pm. All necessary items and bento lunch boxes are available here.
Mitsui Garden is always a firm favourite when I travel for work in Japan. It's clean, comfy, bigger than most hotel rooms and has a very nice environment. In Tokyo the Mitsui Gardens are always a bit out of my price range, but this Mitsui Garden was reasonably priced for the night.
Strongly recommended to me for my visit to IPMU. Great location - right next to Kashiwa station and about 10-15 min walk to IPMU. Very clean and nice room. Has public bath (onsen) in hotel, although I was too jet lagged to use it. Nice/helpful staff. Good value.
Quiet location not too far from the station. Super friendly staff and old-style feeling of very clean and comfortable Business hotel with fun decorations in the hall. Special small hot tub room for relaxing. Spacious room.
Hotel was near big shopping malls which was a perfect location for shopping spree to end the trip before heading to Narita International Airport; comfortable beds, free parking, public onsen, and good breakfast buffet

Polite, attentive staff
Microwave, ice machine, coin laundry, sento bath and mini sauna were all things I look for when I travel. They were very clean and well serviced.
Cookie cutter hotel rooms. Total predictability, perfect hygiene, Japanese systems-engineered. Good value. Quite reasonable buffet breakfast included. And free, sterilised night gowns!

The breakfast had a great variety of food. The hotel is very close to the Kashiwanoha-Campus station. The onsen was pretty nice. I did not have problems with Wifi.
Staff were polite, facilities were good and close to the station. Good selection of Japanese food, western food selection could be improved but adequate.
