I really liked the hotel, the room is spacious, the amenities are great, the location is good since it's very close to a train station, the friendly staff and the healthy breakfast options. It is also close to a konbini, a big grocery store with a lot of cheap options. Overall, the hotel is true to its name, it is Grand!

The room was small but big enough. Everything was clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was 2 minutes from Kashiwa Station and surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, which made it incredibly convenient. Under my expectation, room is too small and reception lady whom is non-english speaking is not aware of booking.com reserved booking, end up we spend lot of time communicate on our booking. However, on next day the breakfast serve is superb and our room got accidently locked & unable to open door inside where my hubby is outside and staff attended with prompt action to fix it. Good praise to 2 young lady staff (breakfast & reception) serve us on day 2 upon check out time.

We liked the cleanliness of the property. Breakfast was also good. We also enjoyed the public bath and gym in the property. There were convenience stores, supermarkets and bowling nearby. As mentioned in its website, only limited parking spaces available but right opposite the hotel entrance (like a few steps across the road), there was a few paid parkings. Ranging from JPY600 to JPY800 per night, reasonable.
very good location, just outside the train station. Very convenient for a quick night stay before heading to the airport. The front desk staff is very very nice and speaks good English. We left some personal belongings there, and the hotel helped us find it! But they can't send stuff overseas, so we ended up sending it to our friend's house in Japan. All in all very good stay.
Cookie cutter hotel rooms. Total predictability, perfect hygiene, Japanese systems-engineered. Good value. Quite reasonable buffet breakfast included. And free, sterilised night gowns!
Perfect hotel for people visiting Kashiwanoha or the Kashiwa campus of the UNiversity of Tokyo. The park is wonderful during all seasons and i litterally 10 meters away.
