The beds were comfortable and there are many freebies such as face masks, bath salts, shampoo, etc. to use to your liking. First room that we had was very spacious with a very big bathroom and bathtub that had bubble jets. Rooms come with a free water bottle and chips. Room service is available 24/7 and the food is good.

The place was very clean, seems quite new or recently renovated. It's big but when I went there at the end of May, there were very few people. Quiet, well equipped.
The staff is very nice but speaks very little English, we used Google Translate to be able to communicate!
Very close to the sand dunes, so it's really easy to go walk from there.

We stayed for a couple of nights in this gorgeous place.
The accommodation was absolutely amazing. The room and bathroom were very spacious, the garden was lovely with plenty of seating area and we even had slippers for in and outside.
It was very clean and we were able to use the washing machine too. Thanks 😊
We didn't organise dinner in advance and requested last minute to eat here, and it was no trouble.
We got plenty of leaflets regarding activities around Tottori.
The best part was the sunset! It is spectacular!
Parking was good too.
When we left and said our goodbyes we even got a lunch bag with mouthwatering sandwiches. Thank you🤗

Close to the station and the main street of the city.
So many restaurants around, easy to walk in. Also because of the location, you may take bus or train or taxi easily.
the hot spring was great as it was not crowded (compare with others).
Offering simple air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV and a private bath, City Hotel is a 10-minute walk from JR Tottori Train Station. The hotel has rental bicycles and a Japanese restaurant.
Really great town to wind down and relax. Very calm, with very welcoming people. The port is nice to look around, its a classic spot to check out for fans of the Anime series Free, and a pretty town beyond that. Cycling around is very enjoyable
