The hostess was amazing. We had a lovely stay and would definetly stay again.
The breakfast was really good, there was toast, some buns, many jams and salad. And tea, coffee and milk was available as well.
An onsen is close by and free to use in the evening, the hostess prepared a full onsen set for us to use and gave us an onsen discount pass for other onsens in the area.
It is close to the lake toya and onsen area.
The room was really comfortable and we had a good sleep.
Parking was available as well.

The view was magnificent. We woke up and were greeted by a beautiful lake view with Mount Yobetsu in the background. At night, the fireworks could be viewed comfortably from the room. Having an onsen in hotel meant we could relax whenever is convenient. The indoor and outdoor pools were great.
If you like to sneak in a run, the 2km long waterfront promenade is perfect. I did a 5K at 10pm and it was so peaceful. Even that late, there were still people about.
Lastly the hotel staff helped celebrate our wedding anniversary milestone with cakes. That was such a lovely gesture and made our stay memorable.

Location. It is just located by lakeside which offers the best view from most areas.
Both buffet breakfast and dinner are excellent. We really enjoyed our delicious meals with the breathtaking lakeview.
Most staff are friendly. except one young man at counter was unfriendly when we just arrived.
Naka is one of the most helpful staff who looked after us very well. He even helped us to booking seats for free hotel bus to Sapporo.
Anyway, we really love this hotel which gave us the best experience in our 3 weeks Japan trip.
