I wrote whole story about our check-in experience. Un professional behavior during check-in. But I don't know why I am asked to rate again. Received some message from a Jordan number apologizing and offering refund. I asked for refund first but nothing happened.

As in the name, the accommodation is truly located in the middle of the city, surrounded by many shops, restaurants.
The hotel and our room was cozy and the staff were just amazingly kind. During our stay there were only a few guests besides us, therefore the breakfast was not served at the top restaurant, however in the lobby, but they really put their heart in it and served us the best breakfast of all time! After that, they even offered a ride to Petra visitor center and back for free!

Great breakfast, Mojo was a very hospitable host. He even drove us to the starting point for the back door hike to Petra. Hotel is within walking distance of the main entrance to Petra, though up a hill. Wifi signal is pretty decent, as long as you're not streaming stuff like Netflix. Parking space is ample in the hotel location. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. Shower water pressure pretty strong.

The room itself was really clean and nice and staff really friendly. It was value for money and we had a good night's rest.
The Manager is 'au fait' with the area and have good local knowledge and advice. Try Sajiat Al Janoob Restaurant for dinner - absolutely fantastic (obviously busy) but worth every JD.

We had the Jordan pass and boked for 3 days to go into Petra. We arrived in the afternoon at 4 p.m. so walked in to the Treasury, we then went in for the whole day and then on our last morning walked in the backway.
there are lots of places to eat in Wadi Musa and reasonably priced. The museum is worth going into.
we got a donkey up to the monastery which was a very exciting experience and then walked down. It is worth visiting.

Do not get food near the visitor center, it is expensive. Get it from one of the restaurant a km away, called downtown by the folk. Like mehrbash or Falafel place.

Wadi Musa is the town that surrounds Petra, a historic place not to miss. Also in Wadi Musa is the rock that Moses ( Musa) hit with his staff and water miraculously formed. It has a beautiful view from that site
Also, The hotel next to the Petra entrance is elegant- but it's star is the Cave Bar- check it out for a bar that is over 2000 yrs old !

Petra is AMAZING, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
Wadi Musa itself is a mall place with a few restaurants. Please are amazing and very polite, as in the rest of the country.
The only issue a whole place has is the water - it does not flow well. Hence, the bathrooms need to be used with caution and use very low pressure as the higher one can make it wet for days.
A recommendation for a good restaurant would be Mr. Falafel in The Tourist Street. A huge hug for the owner - Rami!

Petra is a great place to visit as it is one of the wonders...
Petra is a great place to visit as it is one of the wonders of the ancient world. The moment we come out of siq( canyon type rock cut way) and see the Treasury , it has a magical experience. The Petra visit combined with Wadi Rum are excellent combination in souther Jordan- certainly worth visiting.
Everything was perfect. We got the room with beautiful mountain view - it was comfortable, big, there was free drinking water. Beds were comfortable. In the hotel there is also a terrace where you can see beautiful Wadi Musa by night. Staff was the best - very helpful, patiently answering every question. We had lovely dinner and delicious breakfast which we could eat even before start to make an early entrance to Petra. Hospitality here was great! I would totally recommend staying at this hotel - no better place to visit when in Petra!
The host, Zait, was spectacular, extremely responsive and helping us with every request. We ate all of our meals at the hotel. The ample breakfast was delivered the night before (so that we could leave early for our visit to Petra). Zait also supplied us with lunch, which we took with us. Finally, we had a wonderful home-cooked dinner in the dining room on the top floor of the building with great views of Wadi Musa.
The hotel is located 15 min away from the entrance to Petra, which worked out very well for us.
This is an absolute hidden gem in Wadi Musa. The manager, Rasheed, is the kindest person we met in Jordan (and there is a lot of competition for that!). There is nothing that he cant do for you, and it really makes your experience and stay all the better. He even allowed us to go to Petra first thing in the morning by providing a lunch box as a replacement for breakfast (not all hotels in the area do this). The room was really spacious and clean, and the location is about 15/20 minute walk to Petra entrance.
Petra Corner was a convenient 15 min walk to Petra's Visitor Center. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. I really appreciated their help with arranging a private driver to pick us up from the airport, take us to Wadi Rum, and then back to Aqaba. It was very convenient and the price was fair and competitive with other private driver companies. There are many restaurants within walking distance and places to buy water, snacks, etc for your experience to Petra.
Value for money - it's a new hotel so everything is really clean and nice. We booked this hotel because It's a lot cheaper than the 5star hotels in Petra. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the entrance to Petra. We didn't mind coz we had rented a car. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dinner was amazing. Breakfast was pretty basic but quality of food was really good.
The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a suite room which was such a nice surprise!!
We had a very comfortable stay at Petra Moon hotel.
The location is the key - few hundred meters from the entrance to Petra monuments.
The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the surrounding.
The breakfast was an excellent spread, served early so that we could start our tour early and mostly beat the crowds.
The reception staff was very efficient and helpful - arranged our guide and tours very well.
Everything was great and I think this is perfect place for stay in Wadi Musa. We wanted to go at Petra early in the morning and they prepared a breakfast box for us. The accommodation offers a parking space infront of the hotel. 5min with car away from Petra visitors center and 5min walking distance from the restaurants malls...Room was clean and very spacious. Fully recommended and great value for the money
The hotel was great. The location is really near Wadi Musa centre and near the Visitor centre of Petra. We rented a car and drove in like 5 minutes to Petra, to Wadi Musa city center it is like 2 minutes. Next to that, the view is great, the rooms nicely cool and everything clean. Beds are comfortable and the owner and it's employees nice and friendly.
Perfect location 5 minutes from the main entrance to Petra. Restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. Although the centre of Wadi Musa is further away, you won't really want to walk any further after a full day in Petra. The rooms are spacious and the hotel service is very good.
Wonderful, clean hotel just 15 minute walk from the gates of Petra. Owners are especially welcoming and will make you feel at home as soon as arriving. Only regret is not staying longer. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably-priced place in Wadi Musa.
Small privately run bed&breakfast type of place - a good alternative to large boring hotels in Wadi Musa. It was middle of winter so pretty cold in the evenings - but room was warm enough (heated by air-conditioner) and the dining room was heated by gas stove.
Good hotel in central Wadi Musa. Parking is easy enough on the street and there are plenty of eating options nearby. Wifi was decent and the air conditioning strong. Only a short drive to Petra where you can also park for free just outside the main gate.
good locatio in old town of Wadi musa
free parking and shuttle to Petra visitor centre also pick up.
good breakfast, but we were only 4 guests in hotel, if we will be more, we should wait, since the guy at reception its also cook, waiter and driver...
Very new hotel, cleanest and best quality for everything, room, bathroom, towels, beds, sheets and breakfast. Better than half of the 5 star hotels I stayed so far all around the world. I would stay here again and again...
Hotels in midtown near to restaurants and shops, very strong Wi-Fi, all needs in the rooms, shower is perfect, mattress is very comfortable, all safety measures are in place.
Clean and spacious room, great value for money, free transport to Petra and back, friendly staff, nice breakfast with a view of Wadi Musa. Thank you Mahmood, great hotel :)
The location is superb. Way better than the hotels in upper Wadi Musa (at least for visiting Petra). The whole day a cleaning lady walks around to clean the bathrooms.
