Very clean - lovely room. Very quiet - just out of town but only a 5 minute walk down the hill. Easy to walk to town, Villa d’Este, Gregoriana, etc. Very helpful staff - great place!
Featuring an indoor swimming pool, Residenze Gregoriane offers luxury suites decorated in a classic style. Located along the river, these suites provide a central but quiet location in Tivoli.

Fantastic spot!! Really great location. Tivoli isn't too big, but this apartment is both right in town but quiet, too. The roof terrace was SO pretty!
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Next Stop 28 offers pet-friendly accommodation in Tivoli. Free private parking is available on site. Each room has a private bathroom.
Great access to town and countryside. Tivoli has lots of character and amazing views, plenty of places to eat and shop, and to immerse yourself in true Italian culture.
I'd recommend the Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana (Hadrian's Villa), both of which can be done in one day, although allow more time for the latter, and bring a packed lunch as there are no catering facilities.

Tivoli is a great town outside of Rome. If you are looking for old character, charm, and beautiful gardens, you have found your spot. Food was great at all locations. I would recommend spending a lot of time Villa di Este.

The park of Villa Gregoriana has stunning views of the waterfalls and is a must natural attraction when visiting Tivoli.
Villa D'Este is a magnificent example of the Italia Villas of the Renaissance, with its beautiful gardens and many fountains.
These two locations and the overall historical city area are easily reachable all within walking distance. The historic downtown also offer many eating alternatives.
Villa Adriana is one of the most majestic archeological sites of the Roman Empire, truly impressive in its scale and content.
Plan for a three nights stay in order to have two full days to visit the city.

Wonderful area to explore and use as a base to visit Rome.
Wonderful area to explore and use as a base to visit Rome. Fly into Ciampino. Public transport and parking is good. Prepare to walk up hill on occasions in town. Villa d'este well worth a visit BUT beware of payment on entry. (See Tip) Driving can be either exciting or challenging. Make sure if you go on the toll roads you understand how they work and how to pay. Local food is really reasonably priced if you choose well. "Botega del Grano" is an excellent choice in Tivoli.

Tivoli is a great location especially if you have previously visited Rome. It is much cheaper than Rome for food and drink and the quality of food is very good. For example we visited a restaurant in Rome for lunch - a restaurant we had previously visited - cost for lunchtime pasta for four with four beers and two Aperol Spritz 107 Euro's. Night time meal in Tivoli at a restaurant specializing in food from Tuscany for starters, meat main courses, six beers and 4 Aperol Spritz cost 117 Euro's.
Tivoli offers easy access to Rome via Train. To be honest having visited Rome before was disappointed with how expensive it has become, entry to alot of the venue's had massively increased in price and hour long queues. Also found the city very dirty.

If you like quaint rustic italy, this is for you, gorgeous scenery, lots to do but do homework first as if you do not have a car, the public transport needed a recky first. Not all cafes open on a Monday, but when they are the food is lovely and very reasonably priced. Taverna de Dracula is a must fir romanian cuisine
We (two couples) had one small room with a beautiful view and one larger room without a view. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in a pretty room with a view. Andreas made us feel welcome and was happy to make recommendations. It was a hike to the restaurants but we preferred to leave our car parked at the property as parking in Tivoli is difficult. The beautifully restored 1800's house and the panoramic view made us happy with our choice of accommodation.
We stayed in Domus Aefula for 3 nights recently. The hosts Pietro and Alessia met us and were very informative with regards to the apartment and the local area, they were very helpful. The 2nd floor apartment itself was very clean, spacious well equipped for longer stays. Beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent only a 2 min walk to the centre of Tivoli old town with lots of cafes restaurants and shops. i would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area.
The central position in the old city centre; being hosted in a Renessaince building preserving the original marble stairs (even if they show evident signs of time). The mirror was embedded in what it must have been an authentic marble door frame. The studio offered all the modern comforts, including the luxurious feather mattress and a glorious view of the bustling Tivoli vecchia. Closeness to public transports and to the Unesco World Heritage Site - Villa D'Este.
The owner picked us up at the train station which was supper nice. We arrived late and there are no taxis in Tivoli so it is important if you are not traveling by car to have a pre arranged taxi. It is walkable to the place from the train station but may be difficult with large bags. Tivoli is not like Rome so the taxi drivers mostly do not speak English as a heads up. The place is amazing and was a great location and views.
Simone, the host, was really helpful to us. We arrived late and we got stuck in the city’s rush hour with a navigation that wasn’t working. He was kind enough to come with his scooter and guide us to the hotel. He also arranged a reservation to a very nice restaurant in town with the best view. The breakfast was delicious. Al palazzetto is a nicely designed B+B and Simone made our stay in Tivoli very pleasant and memorable.
The accommodation was in a great central area of Tivoli, really close to everything. It was super clean, had a lovely outlook over the main square and a great outdoor space on the roof. Breakfast was in a small coffee shop down the road which was lovely. BEST of all was the owner Filippo who was the MOST amazing host - booked our restaurants, took us to breakfast each morning and was just so friendly and helpful.
There was basically everything you need for comfortable stay. There was an espresso machine and coffee, and also some complementary snacks and cookies to welcome us. The appartment was clean and cozy. The location was convenient, and the host kindly responded on all our requests, thank you Alessio for that. The city of Tivoli was beautiful and easily connected with Rome and Fiumicino airport.
This amazing BnB is right in the center of Tivoli. You really would struggle to find a better location. Our room was small but comfortable. Very clean. The bed was wonderful. The wifi easy to connect to and pretty fast. The breakfast room at the top of the building was light and airy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our two day stay.
Lorenzo was a great host, and provided plenty of info about Tivoli restaurants and locations. Check in was very efficient. Property located in a very central location with parking nearby. Parking voucher provided was very helpful. Breakfast vouchers for cafe next door worked well. Our room was beautiful with a comfortable large bed and lovely bathroom.
Perfect apartment in really good location. You will find everything you need in the kitchen (e.g. you don't need to worry about kitchen soap, paper towels, basics utensils or pots). Matress in the bedroom is super comfortable. Flat is quiet but close to restaurants, bars, bakery. Tivoli is beautiful city, calm and with good connection to Rome.
This has to be the best place in Tivoli and I know you won't find a better host anywhere.......period. We have never stayed at a place with the host so dedicated to you having a great experience. He is extremely helpful, accommodating, friendly, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely will book this place again.
Everything!!! The host Alessandro is super nice, very attentive from booking until checking out. The place is in Medivial area, so romamtic. The room is perfect with all the lovely details, especially i loved the kitchen cabinet and the leisure place in the corner to relax. Will definetely visit agaim when in Tivoli
The apartment is spacious and clean, the rooms have a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great because it's on a quiet street but in the centre of tivoli so walking distance from all attractions, bars restaurants, and also close to the main parking of the town.
Manuela was very helpful for meeting us at the property. I had a tricky time finding it as it is tucked back from E Street. That would have been a good tip! No elevator-facility was basic but nice. Beds were old and squeaky. Location is great in the old part of Tivoli.
The location was central to Tivoli and were able to get to the train station easily to go to Rome
Karolina was very helpful and there on our arrival to help settle in
The accommodation was very clean and lots of attention to detail
Great location, short walk to train and free parking. Short walk to center of Tivoli.
Clean, comfortable, very friendly hosts.
Parco Villa Gregoriana and Villa d'Este short walk, uncrowded, well worth seeing.
Excellent B&B in quiet residential road, host very attentive, décor hotel standard, and breakfast comprehensive could never quite get to the tiramisu, would recommend to anyone visiting for the local gardens.
located in the heart of Tivoli, 5 minutes walk from the main attractions and the city center. Room is spacious and nice, Bed is comfortable, Very clean
