I liked the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. As for the location, it is recommended for professionals in need to stay overnight in the city - it is close to the main roads in and out of the city.

While the hotel's services are okay, it's clear that it needs updating. The bed, sheets, and towels are worn out, and the shower is hard to reach. The bathroom layout is awkward, and the air conditioning didn't work, so we had to open the window, which made it noisy at night. We're grateful they removed the charge for one dinner plate, but overall, the hotel is a bit expensive for what you get, especially considering others in the area. On the upside, they have an electric car charging station and plenty of parking, which is convenient.

Tivoli Terme is closer to Villa Adriana than if you stay in Tivoli itself; however there is not much distance between the two.
Tivoli is more lively, lots of bars, restaurants and shops open late into the night
I enjoyed my overnight stay in this hotel and felt relaxed too. My room is quite big, well equipped and high speed internet everywhere. Very helpful and accomodating staff. They have a beautiful receiving area for guests and nice reception too. They have a huge park where you can enjoy a family picnic and has big pools for everybody from kids to adults. The breakfast is good as well. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my family and friends.
This hotel is in a perfect location to visit Hadrian's Villa and Villa D'Este. It is also not too far from Rome, so if you're looking for a good budget option as a base camp for long days in the city, this is the perfect place. It's close to the train line to Rome and a bus line to Tivoli - both of which are easy to navigate.
Nothing is Good in this Hotel as much I seen this property this is the worst property I ever seen and this hotel management is sucks because they do not contact me or booking.com and they don’t know how to run business professionally they are like my way or highway…..
Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Front desk staff was so kind and helped me make a phone call. Great value. Very nice continental breakfast with fresh Cappuccino. Quiet and centrally located but not right out on the Main Street. It was in quiet neighborhood
We had a wonderful garden view. The breakfast was very good at the hotel next-door because of an event that was going on. They told us about a restaurant downtown and it was everything. I imagined it'll he would be it was
This is the perfect place to start a holiday in Tivoli. Within a few minutes by car you can reach top places such as Villa Adriana or Villa d´Este, or you can spend a lazy day in the hotel’s thermal baths.
Quiet location, parking on site, beautiful park behind the hotel, which is surrounded by greenery and trees. A 15 minutes walk to the train station, good train connection to Rome and back.
Beautiful hotel with a fantastic spa facility. The spa was excellent for relaxing after a long day of driving. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Parking was
