The hotel itself was disappointing… weed and dirt on the driveway… no maintenance… front door entry handle was falling off…
However the restaurant, though sparely furnished, lighting terrible in evening, no table flight, the food was spectacular. Totally unexpected, exceptionally well presented, fish was cooked to perfection, they even offered gluten-free bread.
Breakfast on beautiful Sunny terrace, overlooking Italian countryside… avocado toast, great jam amenities and excellent service.

It is an indifferent small town, with friendly people, and very little options for lunch or dinner. Perhaps everyone is eating at the Outlet nearby and returns to the town only to rest and sleep. The Pizzeria MONUMENTO (if I remember the name well) prepares a decent pizza in a wood oven. Life saver, when you cannot find anything elese to eat at 21:00.

Hello, we were the first customers. We really liked the care and sincerity with which these people treated us.
The owner of the apartment was such a nice person that he took us to the outlet, even though there is a bus and a bus stop near the house. Very nice and polite people!!!
Very nice room, with an incredibly beautiful view from the window, they left us breakfast and even beer. There was everything we needed.
We accidentally took their adapter. Please excuse us. We need to come again to give it back.
Very good location hotel and near from the outlet, the breakfast is amazing and I really recommend this hotel for the breakfast!!
The dinner is very special and 6 star and they have a professional chief but the portions are very little and the options are very very limited!

The mini-hotel has a very good location, very close to shops and restaurants. The train station is not very far away.
The outlet can be reached walking in 5 minutes. There is very comfortable accommodation.

The property is ultra clean, every detail is considered, you have everything you need for a nice stay, an amazing green view from the window is a plus, the owner is very helpfull, location is great for shopping as it is just a few minutes away from Seravelle Designer Outlet, we highly recommend Vittoria Apartment.
The room was spacious, tastfully decorated and had vintage relaxing vibes to it. That location was excellent basically a walk away from the Serravalle Outlet which was my main goal for coming. The host was kind, funny and very helpful. I even called her when I got lost and she picked me up with their car for free.
If we could give an 11, we would. Everything was perfect. People were most friendly, location with nice scenery was perfect. Best part was dinner prepared at the hotel. Just wonderful food, not over the top but perfect with local ingredients. What a marvel of a hotel.
It is the exceptional hotel, in the old palace. The rooms resemble palace chambers. The breakfast is very good. However, the best is the team who works there. We got there as the outcome of very unpleasant accident, and they helped us with everything.

All breakfast items were in the kitchen. Due to COVID-19 the host left the breakfast preparation for us to do. I highly appreciate her decision.
The hotel was very clean the hote also was really kind and served us like kings.
The location is also very good near bus and train station.
