Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The location is very convenient for those who want to shop in the outlet, it takes about two minutes to get there by car. The hotel has parking, a very delicious restaurant and welcoming staff. The room we (two people) stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable.

It was a place for one night sleep on our way to Florence, so frankly we had not expect that much about here. However, this house turned out to be the cleanest place we have ever experienced. The furniture and the interior of the house were also in the newest and perfect conditon. Even though the hostess was not good at English, we could felt her kindness enough.

The hotel itself was disappointing… weed and dirt on the driveway… no maintenance… front door entry handle was falling off…
However the restaurant, though sparely furnished, lighting terrible in evening, no table flight, the food was spectacular. Totally unexpected, exceptionally well presented, fish was cooked to perfection, they even offered gluten-free bread.
Breakfast on beautiful Sunny terrace, overlooking Italian countryside… avocado toast, great jam amenities and excellent service.

It is an indifferent small town, with friendly people, and very little options for lunch or dinner. Perhaps everyone is eating at the Outlet nearby and returns to the town only to rest and sleep. The Pizzeria MONUMENTO (if I remember the name well) prepares a decent pizza in a wood oven. Life saver, when you cannot find anything elese to eat at 21:00.

The city is small and not so much. But near you can find some old and beautiful cities. Food is wonderful!! Prices low.
2 days is perfect. One for Outlet and the second to discover old places, eat and drink!

The room was extremely comfy, super clean and everything we need provided including the hairdryer. The breakfast was variant such as bread, eggs, milk, yogurt, sweet cakes, etc. Good coffee and tea were provided nicely by the owner. One thing to highlight that the owner of the property was super nice, she always tried to help anyway, God blesses her! - Will definitely sleep again here if we visit Serravalle Outlet again!
EXTREMELY happy with our stay, within walking distance to the famous outlet village. The concierge at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. He was also Bilingual which made us English speakers feel right at home. The facilities were squeaky clean, and were had an amazing dinner with the restaurant located on the premises. Can’t recommend this hotel enough
The room was spacious, tastfully decorated and had vintage relaxing vibes to it. That location was excellent basically a walk away from the Serravalle Outlet which was my main goal for coming. The host was kind, funny and very helpful. I even called her when I got lost and she picked me up with their car for free.
Very well located in the outlet center with good restaurants around the corner.

Utilities were great and a breakfast basket was offered with free coffee and hot drinks in the morning. Kitchen was also super.
The rooms are very spacious; we were lucky to be the first guests after renovation. Also the pool is very nice, and is being guarded by a life guard. Nearby is a designer outlet plus shopping center, for those who want to go shopping.
It’s very close to the Serravalle Outlets. The property is very high-tech, everything (access, parking, etc) is fully digital, controlled through our smartphones.
