I loved my stay at Riva del Sole, that I have added another night to my booking. The hotel location is perfect, as it’s close to the beach and evening attractions (but still in a quite street). The team is very welcoming, nice and caring. The breakfast was very rich and diverse (savoury and sweet) and the hotel / room super clean. I definitely recommend!

Everything. I couldn't have asked for a better location for the beach and the town, I loved the courtyard which my bedroom opened out on to, the room was small but perfectly equipped and cleaned every morning, the breakfast was fantastic and set me up for the day and Stefano and his family were friendly and welcoming. I don't speak Italian but Stefano speaks English and between everyone they sorted out my boat trip, organised my transfers, suggested ways to get to Palermo, even gave me bruschetta to take to the beach and when I got up late offered me breakfast even though it had finished. I went to relax and I wished I'd stayed longer.

The beach is great and the town also....it is very touristy, but that is to be expected as it is a fabulous beach town. Lots of places to eat. Try La Casa di Enzo La Casa del Couscous which is close too but not in the touristy main sector. This is a fabulously authentic restaurant with wonderul atmospher, great food. Its run by two brothers and they and their staff are so hospitable.
Lots of other things to do here....its worth the drive.

The town has a beautiful beach and a lot of dining options so I liked this. Expect the beach to be very crowded so if you prefer more private beach experiences I’d suggest visiting a nearby nature reserve instead.

San Vito has become my favourite beach for an Italian summer … beautiful clean beaches, great eateries & amenities, mostly Italians holidaymakers. It didn’t feel overcrowded. It has an an open structure so even with a lot of people, it’s very comfortable living there. 👏👏👏

This town has the only entertainment - beach.. Restaurants with fried seafood only, rather expensive for that quality. Beach is overcrowded, difficult to find sunbeds in a high season. 2 days is a maximum stay I would recommend . If you debate where to go choose Cefalu or Castellammare, there is history, good restaurants and beach at once.

Went to San Vito Lo Capo for 8 days - could stay for the whole summer. Transport links to cities such as Palermo and Trapani, and plenty of marine activities and hiking trails to keep yourself busy if you get tired of the perfect beach in San Vito.
Fantastic atmosphere all day and all night, no noise, just fantastic food and great activities put on by the local council - chess tournaments, jazz and classical music events, book tours and exercise classes on the beach (pilates, yoga, etc..)
If you don’t want to leave San Vito Lo Capo, you don’t need to - its very walkable, and you get to discover little gems that way.
Favourite places included: The lighthouse (Faro di San Vito Lo Capo) which includes a cat sanctuary! (Beware, it is windy) Fantastic place to see the sunset!! (If you want to, take your take away and sit on the fortification to eat it - The Prince is a great place to get it from)
The panoramic view over San Vito from high up the mountains - another fantastic sunset!
Places to eat: The prince for easy take away to the beach or other places.
For Sicilian food: Sicilian Cucina - amazing seafood selection and reasonable prices (authentic)
For a good place for drinks and football: Ni Mia - we watched two euro games there and their mash and octopus was divine!
If its your first time, I would avoid trying to cram everything in and would urge you do lend yourself to the rhythm of the town, things are done slower, you get sleepier and take more naps - a great place to truly relax.

This hotel is perfect, it’s a 2 minute walk to San vito lo capo beach and just seconds away from the amazing bars and restaurants. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are divine. The breakfast was fantastic and the pool area is such a bonus in the summer heat. I would definitely book this hotel again: perfect room perfect location and fantastic staff
This was our favourite place we stayed in while visiting Sicily. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel at home. They prepared lunch for us when we arrived and even had a glass of wine with us. They helped us book restaurants for dinner and even organised a boat trip for us. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in San Vito lo Capo
A short walk to San Vito Lo Capo marvellous beach, in a quiet part of the town.
Parking is easy to access and not far away (if needed you can drive in front of the Hotel, and than leave a car on Parking, or pick-up your suitcases before leaving).
Flawless check-in process and entrance. Friendly and supportive staff responds fast if needed.
Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Good hotel for family with small kids. Hotel offers free sun beads for guests, it is located close to beach and city centre is not far from it.
