We were there in the off-season and the beaches were pretty much closed up. It is a pretty town and would be fun to visit when there are more people around. During the season I imagine the place would be hopping!

The old town is very nice and well maintained.
The old town is very nice and well maintained. There are several nice restaurants and bars. The sea-side of the city, however, is in a very poor shape. It is definitely overpriced (we paid 45 euros for one umbrella and 3 chairs). There are no side walks making it risky to have an evening walk along the coast.

The hotel garden was incredible and the whole setting picture perfect! A generous breakfast was provided on a lovely piazzetta under the trees, the menu and wine list at the restaurant were very good, the bars and the pool/sea area were all generously setup. The golf cart provided was most useful given how the hotel is set on the side of the mountain and climbing between levels can be quite taxing. Most importantly, the entire staff but especially the golf cart driver and the restaurant staff, were extremely helpful and courteous.
The location is great, 5 to 10 minutes walking from the beach. It was also easy to reach the old village of San Felice Circeo. Is close to one of the finest café of the village.
The best were all the facilities made available for kids: there was a baby-chair, plates and cutlery in plastic, many toys outside and inside. There is a nice little garden where kids can play, with a lemon tree and an olive tree.
The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed staying here as it was easy to reach both Terracina and San Felice Circeo (in the car) although a short walk to the sandy beach

Beautiful setting, the hotel resort felt completely new with wonderful swimming pools, padel court, cocktail bar. Delicious breakfast and generous, accommodating hosts. The perfect relaxing getaway with view of the mountains in the background, near to multiple stunning beaches and good restaurants
Luca was extremely helpful! The view was incredible! My husband and I joked that the the hotel should be named “Clark De Luca” because he was helping coordinate and helped us get familiar with the area by explaining the good places to go. He worked at being a good host.
We really loved the hotel, the service, the design and colours. It was a really pleasant stay. We loved our room and balcony. We also got vegan and gluten free breakfast. The staff is really sweet and friendly! This was our loveliest hotel experience so far. Love ❤️

Located in a central position so beaches were easy to get to .Breakfast offered a good choice of cold meats,cereal, fruit pies ,croissants etc. and also catered for lactose intolerant guests. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Wow. Very nice stay. Very nice staff. Very nice and super cleam room (the big one). Very nice bathroom. You can even walk (maybe 20 minutes?) on the bicycle way up to the down town. . Beach is 10 minutes drive.
The location is perfect. Right near the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The staff was very attentive and helpful, even finding a taxi on a Sunday afternoon (very hard in San Felice).
Augusto was a great host. The view was stunning. Very close to the historical center. Very good breakfast, which was served by the very nice person Rosa. The beaches are very close.
