Nice and very clean apartment. The lady that was hosting was super friendly and always ready to help us out. Big apartment as well. Perfect location to visit the colle di val d’Elsa. When you do, keep walking untill most people are left behind. We walked for at least 2,5 kms and enjoyed the nice water! Nice breakfast as well! Siena was close and beautiful.

Great spot to tour Tuscany from. The house was age appropriate for where it is located. Rustic, simple but comfortable. Cooked every meal in, better equipped than most. Outdoor grilling was perfect. The main property is just a short stroll up the road. We did not try the restaurant or use the pool. The nearby town of Rosia had a big grocery store, gas stations, restaurants etc.

Where do I start? I really want to come back and stay for ever. The staff is amazing, we asked them about recommendations and help with planning our days and they made everything so so easy. The surroundings are breathtaking and you have everything you need witihin a 15minute car ride. You wake up to the sound of birds and the views are stunning from the Hotel! The hotel restaurant is a must, the food and the service is outstanding. Breakfast is also amazing, a big variety of things out but you can also order some more stuff.
There is a beautiful pool but the weather wasn’t on our side while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy it. I am definitely coming back soon!

The accommodation was beautiful ! As soon as we pulled up in the drive way we were blown away. The whole site is gorgeous! We had a top floor apartment and the view of the surrounding area and rolling hills of Tuscany was beautiful.
The staff were all exceptionally kind and accommodating. The breakfast was great, I am vegetarian and had a mixture of cheese, scrambled egg, tomatoes, cucumber, bread, croissants, fruit, yoghurt and a whole range of cakes and sweets! You definitely need to a hire a car here. We hired ours from Florence and it was about an hour away from there. We spent the days exploring the area, the local towns and then spent the afternoons relaxing by the pool. There are mosquitoes so definitely bring mosquito repellent. Also highly recommend hiring e-bikes with their partner company which is 2km away, it was 45 euro each for the whole day and then 15 euro for the navigator device and it was such an amazing day !
Would definitely return if we come back to Tuscany.

The location itself is stunning. It is set in the hills and has some beautiful views and the buildings themselves are beautiful inside and out.
The unique selling point of this hotel is their homegrown food. The quality of which was so so good. It makes you realise the difference in quality vs the ingredients you use in every day life. The vegetables, meat and the jams at breakfast are just on another planet. Insanely good.
Rooms were great. Large, clean, comfortable, good bathroom. Couldn't have asked for more.
Apartment gives an authentic Tuscany vibe with its interior design. The terrace is beautiful, you can sit underneath the trees in the shade with a view of the street, giving you a chance to experience the daily life of the locals. There is a natural reserve nearby, where you can cool down in the river. Owners are wonderful people, very communicative, open and also good in English.

Amazing view of the countryside! Lovely balcony/terrace to enjoy all your meals, or for a match with board games. A great place to relax, soak up the sun and just enjoy the lovely vibes of Rosia. Lovely host, and a beautiful house.
Fabulous modern apartment with all amenities. Dedicated parking. Enjoyed the location in village of Rosia as convenient to explore other villages in Tuscany.
