We loved how quiet and remote it was. Guests were so respectful of other people. The allocated spaces at the pool are a great idea.
Breakfast was beautiful and I liked the simplicity of what was on offer, no need to complicate it. But there was plenty of choice.
The wine tasting was fantastic, staff were very generous with this and really took the time to make sure you understood them because of the language barrier.
Staff were incredible here. From start to finish we were made to feel that nothing was too much for them. We had to leave early on the last morning to catch our flight but they gave us a discount because we missed breakfast, which we didn’t expect. Just 10/10 regarding staff.

Beautifully restored ancient structure. Peaceful surroundings. Spectacular view. Simple tasteful decoration. Note that one bedroom only has a roof window (with remote control), If one leaves the door open, there is the view on the valley and lake.

Truly exceptional apartment-spa-hotel-winery. The one bedroom apartment is very large, excellent kitchen and the air-conditioning works amazingly quickly even with 40'C outside. Parking was under-cover, protecting my car from the strong sun. The hotel has a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by grass, trees and the vineyard in a rural area. It was truly amazing. Beds and pillows are firm and comfortable. Windows and balcony doors have insect screens and roll-down shades to keep the apartment dark in the morning. Amazing!!
Very nice apartments within the Chervo Golf Resort. Some of the Appartement a privately managed and do not belong to the Chervo Hotel. Our room had everything necessary to guarantee a perfect and comfortable stay. Very nice beds with different pillows, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Every Appartement has its own Garage that’s situated right under the building. The lagoon is very nice with plenty of space to relax under umbrellas or plants. Especially for kids it’s a very nice place.
The staff was amazing and very thoughtful. Giusi checked us in and recommended a few places to see. She always had a smile to greet us. Rino was very helpful with everything as well. He brought us breakfast to go when we were running out the door and had to miss breakfast. Chef Carlo was amazing as well, because the food at the restaurant for dinner was delicious. There were no complaints heard. Even if the hotel wasn't as great as it was, we would go back just for the amazing service and food.
Staying at the hotel was one of the best experiences we had. It started with a pleasant and kind welcome with explanations about the environment and the facilities in the hotel, continued with an amazing apartment equipped with everything you need with thought to the small details (hair dryer) and continued with warm and kind service with recommendations for attractions in the area and availability at all hours of the day. Worth every moment. We will definitely come back
The surrounding of the golf hotel is really beautiful and the hosts were really nice and helpful. However, the two-floor apartment is too small and not appropriate for tall people! The water pressure was too low and there were wi-fi problems.
Moreover, this apartment is a part of another golf-hotel, and the hotel staff were not so friendly.
The location is in a quiet place of the countryside and you can get to Sirmione in 15mn or to Verona in 30mn. The hotel itself is a pearl with excellent service. Rooms are big, clean, well equipped. The staff is the kindest you can find and very professional.
Feliciana is a great hotel with a fantastic restaurant that serve fantastic Lugana wine from own production. The pool is nice and the breakfast is amazing. The staff is very friendly and flexible. Was also a perfect place for our small dog .
