We stay in this hotel as part of a road trip in Italy. It is close to Verona and Garda lake but in a small quiet town. The town is small but has a curious castle/fortified village that is worth the visit if you stay in the hotel.
The room was wide and comfortable, the bed as well. The bathroom was large, clean and complete. The room had a fridge you could use.
The breakfast was good. Typical Italian with salty and sweet food, but it was fresh and coffee was made at the moment.
The hotel had a bar and a restaurant below. The restaurant was delicious; we recommend eating there.
The hotel had parking.

The property is unique and impressing as it is a flat in an old castle. It was very clean and well maintained. It felt like a nice hotel room.
Very nice apartments within the Chervo Golf Resort. Some of the Appartement a privately managed and do not belong to the Chervo Hotel. Our room had everything necessary to guarantee a perfect and comfortable stay. Very nice beds with different pillows, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Every Appartement has its own Garage that’s situated right under the building. The lagoon is very nice with plenty of space to relax under umbrellas or plants. Especially for kids it’s a very nice place.
The staff was amazing and very thoughtful. Giusi checked us in and recommended a few places to see. She always had a smile to greet us. Rino was very helpful with everything as well. He brought us breakfast to go when we were running out the door and had to miss breakfast. Chef Carlo was amazing as well, because the food at the restaurant for dinner was delicious. There were no complaints heard. Even if the hotel wasn't as great as it was, we would go back just for the amazing service and food.
Staying at the hotel was one of the best experiences we had. It started with a pleasant and kind welcome with explanations about the environment and the facilities in the hotel, continued with an amazing apartment equipped with everything you need with thought to the small details (hair dryer) and continued with warm and kind service with recommendations for attractions in the area and availability at all hours of the day. Worth every moment. We will definitely come back

You were wonderful to us. We are a couple and three children, we were at the hotel for three days and it was lovely. The staff is pleasant and provides courteous service always with a smile.
The room is beautiful and equipped and gives a feeling of home.
The view in the place is stunning, green spaces full of vineyards. We had breakfast, served in an inviting and delicious way.

The surrounding of the golf hotel is really beautiful and the hosts were really nice and helpful. However, the two-floor apartment is too small and not appropriate for tall people! The water pressure was too low and there were wi-fi problems.
Moreover, this apartment is a part of another golf-hotel, and the hotel staff were not so friendly.
Really comfortable and clean appartement in a lovely small city of Pozzolengo. Comfortable beds, large rooms, air-condition, balcony. We appreciated a washing machine and dishwasher. Easy check-in, check-out - we communicated using Whatsup with an owner. Near to highway to Verona, Venice etc.
The hotel is clean, safe, well maintained and easily accessible by a car. Room is spacious and in a good condition. Car can be parked on the area behind the hotel, but it can be occupied during evenings by restaurant customers. Restaurant located within the hotel is worth to give a try.
The location is in a quiet place of the countryside and you can get to Sirmione in 15mn or to Verona in 30mn. The hotel itself is a pearl with excellent service. Rooms are big, clean, well equipped. The staff is the kindest you can find and very professional.
Feliciana is a great hotel with a fantastic restaurant that serve fantastic Lugana wine from own production. The pool is nice and the breakfast is amazing. The staff is very friendly and flexible. Was also a perfect place for our small dog .
