Very friendly and helpful staff, all of them. One felt very welcome and appreciated as a guest. Feeling of safety was good. Reception was always attended and ready to help. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. A case in point is excellent Italian coffee always ready.

Good location at top of this beautiful little town after completing the Alta Via 4. Not to mention the stunning backdrop in all directions. Check in time is late, but you can contact Hotel around this. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety including boiled eggs, sliced meat and cheese. $AU500 for 5 nights, was good value for the price. Restaurant and bar is downstairs if you wish to use it. Top floor room didn't have the best outlook but was private and quiet enough. Supermarket across the road with delicious Italian cheeses, nice little pizza joint very close by. Very quiet, sleepy little town. Would stay here again.

It was a lovely place! We had a suite with beautiful views, sauna and a jacuzzi. The place is very clean. It was great having a terrace to let out the dogs without having to go out far away. The breakfast was also good!

Very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms, equipped with everything you could need + a very nice and large balcony. Very friendly and helpful host who gave us lots of useful advice about what to see, where to eat, where to park our car etc. The apartment is spacious and very clean, 1 minute walk from the centre where you can find shops and restaurants. It was a wonderful week in the Dolomites, Grazie Paolo!

Sleepy little town in a very picturesque location, which makes it very hilly. Ideal for nature and hiking, but not a nightlife destination. After a hearty hotel breakfast and portable food for long hikes, dinner was mainly local pizza, beer and gelato, but, hey ......

Historically interesting town, once the inventor of eyeglass mass production. But now a sort of 'rust belt city' trying to remake itself. It is in a beautiful valley. Food options are more than OK. Beautiful old church.

The town is a very good access point and a place to stay if you are planning a multi-day trip around the Dolomites. It is surrounded by mountains from all sides and is only 30-60 km away from all the major hiking trails.
The town has many restaurants that are open after seven o'clock in the evening. Getting around the town is easy. The roads are narrow though so some side-streets require pedestrians to share road with the cars. This is fine, as the traffic is light.

Very nice host and excellent restaurant in the hotel. Also a possibility to park the bikes in a secure garage for the night. Breakfast was typically Italian - sweet, plus yoghurt, fruit and nuts. The room with two single beds was rather small, so one had to wriggle to get out of them. ;-) The furniture is not modern, but everything worked fine - TV (only Italian programmes), Wifi, shower etc. The place is rather calm with a few restaurants, a lake a hundred metres downhill and Tizian's birthplace.
Check in was quick and easy. The balcony had amazing views, location was perfect for loads of different walks as well as a very short walk into town to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Beds were super comfy. The owner was very welcoming and friendly especially with our late check in time. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. The hotel had ample parking, a nice patio to sit on in the evening as well as different lounge areas and we really enjoyed our stay here.
Nice hotel with gorgeous view and excellent restaurant. Bike garage with all necessary tools and cleaning place for cyclists. Definitely worth of visiting second time
Hotel was very coasy, rooms had a lovely view on the mountains. The stuff was super friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.
