Unbeatable location on Corso, right by Quattro Canti, Via Maqueda, Cathedral and Piazza Pretoria, Hotel is in an elegant palazzo that makes you feel like a Royal ( you walk through the 17th century apartment of the old noble family who lived there to access your room if you are on 2nd floor!). And lovely rooftop terrace is a really great spot for a quiet drink. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff makes this a great oasis in a hectic city. Clea, fresh rooms too!

This hotel was a one night stop during our road trip through Sicily. The hotel is clean and in an excellent location. It is on a busy street but we could not hear the traffic and is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Palermo. Plenty of restaurants around the area too. We parked our car in an underground garage about 150 metres from the hotel for about 15 Euro for 24 hours.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel. Complimentary nibbles at the bar, good coffee and breakfast. Very cute boutique hotel and has been in the same family for 3 decades. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Shower area quite small but that didn’t worry us. Rooms very clean and AC worked well. Good location and would stay there again

Edgy and eclectic, Palermo is a symbol of all that Sicily stands for. From buzzing Vespas to the bustling Vucciria market, it simply brims with life.
Wonderful Palermo Cathedral glows radiantly in the Mediterranean sun. Nearby is the city’s last Sicilian Puppet Theatre, and opposite is a palm-filled park housing Roman mosaics, though the best are in the archaeological museum. At one end is the Norman Palace, a government building home to the fabulous Cappella Palatina whose gold mosaics are absolutely breathtaking.
Equally magnificent are the gold mosaics lining 12th-century Monreale Cathedral on the city’s outskirts. Wander the cloisters and note the varying columns and capitals – each pair is different.
Palermo also has fascinating churches: 2 of the oldest are 12th-century San Giovanni degli Eremeti and San Cataldo, each with red, Islamic-style domes. Gesú Church has an incredible Sicilian Baroque interior, while La Martorana’s frescoes are awe-inspiring. A street away is Quattro Canti, a crossroads with a fountain at each corner.
Other attractions include round Teatro Massimo, Mondello beach and Monte Pellegrino mountain overlooking the sea. You get fabulous views of this picnic spot as you fly into Palermo Airport before heading to your Booking.com accommodation.
Palermo! I have fallen in love with you. I had not done any research before visiting and did not know what to expect. I will be back! Loved our visit to Monte Pellegrino. We loved the walkability of the city. There are so many markets on the street and great restaurants and churches, teatros, etc to see. The people are friendly and welcoming.

We loved visiting Palermo, easy to walk around, with lots of good bars and restaurants. We tended to stay away from the restaurants in the historic area as we felt they were a bit “touristy”. We did do a wine tasting at a bar called Bottega Monteleone which was was great, each wine was lovely and well explained.
We would also recommend the No Mafia walking tour as it was so interesting and the guide was amazing.

Fabulous city with an astonishing history, reflected in the people and the buildings. I have never visited so many UNESCO world heritage sites in the one location!
We found the local transport to be very affordable and, on the whole, reliable.
We used Palermo as a base to visit Cefalu, Segeste, Erice and Trapani by either public transport or on guided tours.
We didn't hire a car which was a good decision given the heavy traffic and absolute lack of on - street parking.

It’s a very big city but most of the sights a tourist would be interested in are within a 30 minute radius of the historic centre.
It’s an exceptionally busy place but with a great, really fabulous buzz to it.
Masses of fantastic bars and restaurants and some really good shops.
Ca highly recommend La Galleria at the back of the cathedral and Il Giardino Fresca just hidden away off Via Vittorio Emmanualle.

History and culture, interesting food and excellent tours.
History and culture, interesting food and excellent tours. Favourite places we visited were the Palzzo Conte Frederico, Ballaro Market and Classic walking tour. Best to stay down town and visit without a car, as driving is very challenging. Otto’s was excellent food.
Great location in the center of Palermo's Historic Section. Lots of restaurants nearby. Best homemade breakfast we had while in Italy. The owners were extremely helpful with advice, directions and info on the history of Palermo, and helped us find parking just outside of the restricted area. Will happily stay in this hotel if we ever find ourselves in Palermo again.
The communal spaces are lovely, the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, breakfast was well laid out, the terrace on the roof was great and great views towards the sea. It is a perfect place to stay to explore Palermo. It is not like staying in a hotel more like living in a villa which we loved and with only 11 rooms felt very boutique.
Very helpful host (Filippo); clean, spacious and luminous bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was also good.
Close to transport hubs (5min to train station for airport and 15min to train station for Cefalù).
One of the best rooms we have had during our tour of Sicily (and they were all pretty decent).
Very clean and cozy place. Maria Grazia was amazing with us. Best place we could stay for our holidays in Sicily, close to the airport and plenty of beaches. Highly recommend
The hosts were the best! We talked for hours about Sicily and our lives. The property is perfect, in the most center location of Palermo. Highly recommend this stay!
