Whilst I didn't see much of it, I wouldn't stay here. Just travel through on way to Aeolian islands. Surprisingly, no taxi's or uber's at train station when I arrived from Palermo so I had to hitch-hike (lol)!

It's not Taormina which is obviously the jewel in the crown of Sicily but it's a nice town to wander around and the restaurants are good and plentiful.
We stayed there specifically to be close to the Aolian Boat tours (which I don't recommend).

The views from the hotel (including Etna) were just fantastic (we booked sea-view). The location was great for ius as it was a short walk to lots of interesting places for us, and the staff were really friendly ( a bit more english would have been helpful but wasn't necessary)

Milazzo is a beautiful coastal city rich in history, culture and architecture. I was there for just two days as the purpose of us staying there was our sail to the Isole Eolie, but I did notice the city offers excellent shopping and all types of dining and nightlife. And the day and nighttime views of the Aeolian sea and mainland Sicily were gorgeous. As Italian/American tourists, I was delighted how friendly the locals were to us on the street and in the stores/restaurants. Be prepared to pay for parking wherever you go though day and night. I would certainly visit this city again.
We loved everything. Stefano was amazing: he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, he beought us fresh breakfast every morning (whatever we wanted), helped us with restaurants reservations and he showed us around Milazzo. Location is perfect, beach is a minute walk away and it's beautiful. The whole B&B is nice and very clean. The coffe, water and snacks are available all the time, which is a huge plus. We had a feelimg that we are in all inclusive hotel. We higly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Milazzo.
This recently renovated property is outstanding! It is very clean and modern with an on suite bathroom. The shower is amazing! A fantastic place to stay in Milazzo. The location is near downtown. Very easy to find. it’s a 3-km walk from the train station or if you prefer there are plenty of taxis at the train station. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. I recommend this place without qualifications and would definitely stay here again.
What an extremely well run, friendly, helpful and very reasonably priced hotel!
The manager, Mario, greeted us like family, arranging everything we needed and even parking our car free of charge while we settled into our room which was modern, well appointed and immaculately clean.
He also gave us excellent travel advice for our day trip to the islands and the best places to see in Milazzo.
We have only warm memories of our days there.
I came to Milazzo on a whim needing a treat and pick me up. Upper-boutique Hotel was just that. The property is excellently managed. The furnishings are stylish, handsome and comfortable. Great Linens. Breakfast had more choices than I have seen in Sicily. But best our host Gloria. She is on top of everything. I made a mistake about my train arrival and she caught it and called back. Great value and really a top notch treat.
Clean rooms, breakfast on the rooftop with a view, easy walk to the port, restaurants, a nice grocery store, a pharmacy and even a self service laundromat.
I am so sorry I can't remember the name of the angel who was managing the hotel, running the front desk and seemingly doing everything at this hotel. My mother wasn't feeling well, you would have thought we were staying at a spa, that's how well she took care of her.
Perfect location for catching or departing the ferry to the Aeolian Islands. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast plentiful and complete with good service on the rooftop. Best of all was Delilia - she could not have been more helpful, anticipated questions before we asked, was superb with rental car, ferry ticket advice, restaurant advice. Highly recommended as a stopping point before or after the ferry.
Located right on the seafront in Milazzo, the huge room offers a very beautiful view and the feeling that you are living a story in the past... The communication with the staff and their availability are other appreciated aspects, as is the diversity of the breakfast. Our goal was to visit the Aeolian islands, but in this way we also discovered Milazzo, a town worth visiting.
BB Via Nazionale is an excellent base for visiting Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands. Located very close to the port, with just a few minutes drive. Also a big shopping center is close by (car). Car can be parked @ the BB onsite for a small fee. And Giuseppe, the very friendly and knowledgeable host, offers a shuttle to and from the port as well. I'd highly recommend his place!
What an excellent place to stay in Milazzo, very comfortable beds, very tasty breakfast on balcony (toasts with cheese, jogurth, two coffee option from coffee maker and capsular coffee machine, fresh cake and fruits ❤️). Clean rooms and bathroom. There is even hydromasage 🤩, balcony in room 🌵 and very kind, nice and helpful host ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!
Ngonia Bay is a stunning hotel situated with spectacular views to the sea. The interior design of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Luxurious and refined the rooms have everything and more. The hotel staff really go above and beyond to help and nothing was too difficult for them!! I would definitely return !!
The recepcionist was the kindest most helpful hotel staff member I have ever encountered.
The breakfast was great and adapted personally for us. The location is perfect, right next to the port and close to the city centre. The room is perfectly comfortable, with a cozy welcoming decoration.
Lovely, small, family run hotel in the historic part of Milazzo - great location / quiet, peaceful & very nicely renovated. Breakfast was very good & located in a lovely dining room with painted ceiling 👍. Lots of choice to suit everyones taste.
Salvatore was a wonderful host, and his hospitality made this hotel the best we stayed at during our vacation in Sicily. He provided us parking immediately in front of the house, and recommended the best sites to visit in Milazzo.
The owner was very helpful, he made it feel like home. Room was clean, ambient and design of the place very nice. Location is very central and Milazzo is a really nice town to visit.
It is very conveniently located across from the ferry dock making it easy to catch my boat to the Aeolian islands the next day. Check in was easy, they texted me the code.
Walking distance to the Milazzo Port. The host also gave me a free ride to the train station the next day. He also recommended a very good place to have great dinner.
Nice new building, still in Sicilian style. Amazing view over Milazzo, Castello, beach and even the Etna. Beautyfull pool and area around with tables and chairs.
