We attend a wedding while here for a week. We did the cable cars which were amazing and I would recommend if you wake up and it’s sunny do it that day. There’s spectacular views from up there , you can also eat & drink up there or take your own picnic and enjoy the paragliders jumping off. Catch the water taxis to different places for the day. Lot& lots & lots of places to eat & drink fabulous food.

So beautiful place!
So beautiful place! It was a quite long way with a full bus, but it was worth it in the end because Malcesine has really beautiful scenery. I went swiming in the lake and climbed mountains. Other towns were easy to visit with the ferry. I visit Riva del Garda on a day trip.

Went to malcesine on 2 occasions during our stay in Italy. Stayed at Hotel Internationale and then came on ferry to explore the castle. Town is busy with tourists but plenty of reasonably priced restaurants with amazing views. Narrow cobbled streets. Castle definitely worth going to and to climb steep steps to top gives an amazing panoramic view of lake and mountains. Likewise the cable car to the top of Monte Baldo. Amazing views.

Also an easy access to the mountains for joyful and also serious hikeing is available thanks to a cable car.

Wear good shoes or trainers as the streets are cobbled in the town. Lots of hills to climb so be prepared for that. People are welcoming and friendly. Attended a friends wedding and this was a perfect and beautiful location. Definitely returning.
What an excellent hotel! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a wonderful pool area with a bar, tennis facilities and a superb restaurant. We couldn't ask for more! The location was just outside of Malcesine, about a twenty minute walk or 5 minute drive. Across the road from the hotel there is a supermarket and newsagent for essentials. The breakfast was excellent- a wide range of food. We also tried the restaurant in the evening- delicious and really good value! We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back again!
Case popi is a small excellent situated hotel. It is immaculate in all aspects. The breakfast is perfect in the morning and sitting out on the balcony over looking Lake Garda is dream. Our room was comfortable and cool and spotless.The swimming pool is just perfect and the sun beds the best ever The staff couldn’t be more helpful in every way. I absolutely love Casi Popi and we will be going back hopefully for years to come along with our family.

With a good breakfast and very helpful staff, this is a perfect place to sample what the region has to offer, with Malcesine and it's pure Italian small-town feel and countless restaurants just a couple minutes away. Ask the helpful hotel staff and they'll tell you where you should go to have a dinner to remember.
We had a room in the second floor with a balcony facing Lake Garda, I consider it a 5 star view of the lake, the mountains and even the town of Limone in the distance. There is a walking/biking path along the lake for those who want to go out for a run etc. It is a very short drive to beautiful Malcesine. There was a nice breakfast sufficient to get you going on your day. The room was clean and the attendants were courteous.

Plenty of activities around Lake Garda. Room is very comfortable, the noise from the busy road below is well isolated. Tasty breakfast. If you are lucky you will get one perfect tiramisu.

The breakfast was amazing. We loved the location, as it is next to the castle and old city. The room was small by US standards, but everything was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. They have kayaks for use of hotel guests, which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay there again!
