The breakfasts and the hospitality were just above and beyond. It is a warm and wonderful B&B; you can feel the love, care and intention that has been put into VV. We will be thinking of those dreamy breakfasts out in the garden for a long time!

Beautiful property just a few minutes from town and from a waterfront walk. On-site parking was a bonus. Breakfast was very good with many homemade items and plenty of juices and coffee. The breakfast staff were kind and helpful, as was the person who helped us check in upon arrival.

This hotel was the perfect way to cap off the end of our trip to Italy. To keep us in rooms next to each other they upgraded us to a room with a large balcony which was great to sit at. The town of Levanto is small so pretty much anywhere is a good location, about the only place better would be where we had a view of the ocean, but it was only a few blocks walk.
The rooms were decent sized and had a good layout with enough outlets for charging. Probably my only complaint is the shower is the traditional small cabin where many hotels have upgraded to larger ones.
Breakfast was easily the best we had on the trip with a variety of pastries, eggs and pancakes, toaster, automated coffee barista and fresh fruit.
Of we were to come back to the area again this hotel would easily be a top choice due to the value.
Oasi Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Levanto beach and Train Station, very close to the center. It offers elegant and bright interiors and rooms, and serves a varied American breakfast.

Good place to stay for seeing Cinque Terra easily without the crowds. Suspect much less expensive to stay in Levanto.
2 slightly inaccurate things on booking.com. Coffee maker is not in your own room - it is in shared kichen area with another guest. Also references to on the beach or steps from the beach give wrong impression. Yes it is very close to the beach but you cant see or hear the ocean from the room

As it's not considered "quaint", Levanto is much less touristy than the nearby cinque Terre - and all the better for it! We found it more friendly too. It's got a lived-in feel and it's really mostly Italians enjoying the town itself. There's loads of high quality restaurants and great places to grab a coffee or glass of wine, etc. The train station is a short walk from the centre of town, from where it's possible to visit the Cinque Terre - although personally we were glad to get back to Levanto! There's a beach here, alhough, a lot of it is private so quite expensive to rent a sunbed.
Overall Levanto is a great base for the area. Good value with a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Levanto is a small city that would be great just on it's own. There's a variety of excellent bakeries, restaurants etc.
However, it's proximity to Cinque Terre makes it even better as you can easily ride the train to the 5 cities during the day and be back in Levanto at night. Since Cinque Terre is crazy crowded it was great to escape back to the more quiet town.
The beach by itself was good, I could see doing morning excusions to Cinque Terre and returning in the afternoon for swimming.
I highly recommend the Rose dei Venti boat tour that leaves from the pier as an awesome way to experience the area from the water.

Levanto is much easier to navigate compared with the Cinque Terre villages. Many fewer tourists and easier to walk around (fewer if any stairs). Very easy to get the train or boat from Levanto to head to any of the villages. There is also a lovely bike ride along disused rail line to two small villages north of Levanto- a fairly short and flat ride so very easy. Very easy to rent bikes in Levanto.

Well connected station with great access to Cinque Terre.
Well connected station with great access to Cinque Terre. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, very pretty with the beach and the mountains, very relaxed feeling as not madly busy like some of the Cinque but still with plenty of things to do.

Beautiful city with so much old world charm, beautiful views, excellent restaurants (Osteria Tumelin Levanto was our favorite), bakeries, and coffee shops. Perfect location if you're visiting Cinque Terre - just a 5 minute train ride to the first of the towns but much less congested.
Look no further; perfection!! This property is located up in the hills above the town of Levanto. Great location to relax and get away from the city center. Absolutely stunning views and ambiance! Steep driveway to property is not so bad and worth it! Excellent spacious apartment with full kitchen was perfect for our family with kids ages 8-14 years old. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! Hands down the best place to stay if you have a car and the means to make it happen!!
Everything about this stay was perfect. Enrico the host was nice and allowed us to check in early. He also provided tips regarding the places to visit and eat which we appreciated. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It came with a tiny kitchen and balcony. There was a generous selection of do-it-yourself breakfast. The accommodation was a 5-minute walk to the Levanto public beach and bout 10 minutes walk to the train station. There were many restaurants and bars near the hotel.
Our stay at Palazzo Vannoni was very pleasant. Great communication, welcome, information about equipment and possibilities in the hotel, accurate information about the surroundings and excursions. Francesca gave us great restaurant advice. Breakfast in the hotel is varied, tasty, made from fresh ingredients. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned, spacious enough. Great location in the center of Levanto. We definitely recommend and want to come back again.
We had a perfect stay at Terra di mare !
The place is very peaceful with an amazing view on the mountains and the sea ! The breakfast is also very good and diverse.
The hotel is perfectly located if you want to visit the Cinque Terre and the hosts also gave us the best advice to visit places less touristic than the Cinque Terre (we were there during Easter weekend).
We highly recommend this place.
The property is easy to reach from the station and well placed for a walk into Levanto. The grounds are nice and breakfast is really good. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, they recommended walks for us and hotels for the evening.
Levanto is a good base for the Cinque Terre as you are at the end of the train line. Plenty of good restaurants in the town and a lot less busy than other villages.
Great location & lots of space especially great when we had some rainy days. Very well equipped kitchen. Whole apt nicely renovated. Very quiet. Levanto feels like a real Italian beach town… Cinque Terre towns felt over-subscribed. You can walk from Levanto to Monterosso but that 1200’ hill was beastly at times - not for the timid.
Great location in Levanto close to train station for easy access to villages of Cinque Terre. Secure parking on site was great and the welcome to the apartment was excellent with information about the apartment and local area. Apartment was very well equipped and we enjoyed our 2-night stay. Would definitely recommend.
We loved our stay here. It was perfectly located to explore Levanto and the Cinque Terre. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. The host was super friendly and helpful, she took such good care of us and thought of everything. We especially loved the beautiful garden. Thank you for having us!
- Great combination of a ‘antique’ hotel with modern swimming deck
- Amazing views from the pool
- Very cool that you get a free parking card for Levanto. Levanto actually surprised us; its a very cool town and more laidback (less touristy) than the actual Cinque Terre towns
Magnificent location. The views are beautiful. Perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre. The boat excursion was great. You see the coast the way it should be seen, without being surrounded by crowds. Levanto is lovely. The people at Faraggiana were helpful and friendly.
Hotel Dora was one of our best experiences in Cinque Terre. The apartment was at walking distance from beach and property was spacious, big and comfortable. Also, there is a grocery store right below the apartment which helped us make our stay even more comfortable.
Accommodation was exactly as pictured. Beautiful and well-maintained accommodation.
The location was perfect, 10 minutes' walk to the boat or train to visit Cinque Terre.
The centre of Levanto itself is also great, lots of wine bars with delicious local food.
Very cute, quite and clean.Amazing breakfast prepared by the owner Ilaria.
She takes really care of the hotel and the customers giving very precious advises about the visit, dining options and parking.
Very nice option to visit cinque terre with car.
Good location central to the train station (5 mins walk) easy to set off to cinque terre. Locked private parking outside building (€10). Host Andrea was very helpful and communicated well, good recommendations.
Loved the feeling of living in a home while in Italy. Our host was lovely and offered us a bike each to get around.
There is also a washing machine and good clotheslines.
We enjoyed dining outside.
The best hotel in Levanto! Perfectly located close to the beach, train station and all the restaurants. Very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. We can strongly recommend the hotel.
Location in Levanto gave easy walking access to this beautiful seacoast village. The room was just what we needed for a couple days visiting Cinque Terre.
