The location is outstanding, being only about 10 minutes from Venice airport but in a quiet area. The kitchen facilities are excellent, the room is large, and the hosts are very gracious.

The hosts were very helpful to us. We just got off long flights at the airport and needed a quick trip to sleep for us with our baby that was nearby Venice and Marco Polo airport. We ended up sneaking in a quick meal at a nearby Argentinian steak house and then going comfortably to bed right after.

A lovely area to stay if you choose to be outside Venezia proper. Bus and tram a few meters from the hotel. Great location! I have stayed in this hotel in the past and returned. I will return again!

I was there only for one night because early in the morning...
I was there only for one night because early in the morning we had to flight home. The only place that we visited (for only two hours) was the city of Venezia. Then, I do not have anything to comment about the Favaro Veneto area.
The staff was really nice. We had a flight to catch and we had to spend one nice in Venice. The hosts themselves took us from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport allowing us to do a late check out and an early check in. (We had to pay for the taxi service)
They were really helpful and nice and we could breath a very healthy air in the nice garden that sorrounds the hotel. We wished we could stay longer. The treatment was top.
We had a lovely stay -- the owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful - even brought to our room! Traveling with our 3 teenagers is not easy in terms of space, but the room combination we had here was perfect. Our room was spotless. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, not easy to walk to places but a very welcome respite after exploring crowded Venice for a day. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent facilities, crystal clean room, very polite and helpful staff, hotel's own shuttle that, for a few of 15 euros, can take to you to the airport anytime, even in the middle if the night! I strongly recommend this hotel to anybody who needs to be near the airport to take a flight next day and who does not want to waste their money for cabs or be trapped into bus schedules.
Location is good if you want to stay close to the airport. The room was a bit small, but acceptable for the price. For being a 3 star hotel, the cleaning was really good, big beds, clean bed linens. The breakfast is very limited, but it was only 7 euros, so again acceptable. Price per night was cheap, so you get what you pay for. Totally recommended.
Very professionally run private apartment rental by Monica and Massimo. Attention to detail and to making it a good experience for the guests. We felt immediately welcome. The apartment is very spacious and super well equipped. Great location for going into Venice by bus in 20 minutes in particular since this is at the end of line 19.
Super convenient location for the night before an early flight out of Venice. Just outside Mestre and just minutes to the Venice airport, but peaceful and quiet, with nice views over a farm field. Outstanding service and a really good breakfast - they even made a gluten-free torte for my wife who can't eat gluten. Very clean.
We’ve stayed in this hotel several times. The location is perfect, 20 min with bus away from Venice centre (1,5 EUR one way). They have a parking space, so you can leave the car there. Good value for the money.

Leonardo.was a great host, and his apartment is so beautiful. While the location is a bit farther from Venice than we had anticipated (30-minute bus or tram ride), we didn,t mind. Fun to travel through the Venice suburbs and see the non- tourist parts of the area. Really enjoyed our stay at San Felice.
Absolutely loved this little gem of a hotel, really gorgeous room. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. We were collected at the airport dropped back to bus to see Venice, picked up at bus stop and then he drove us to and from a lovely restaurant for dinner. We will definitely stay again
this is a perfect little hotel if you want to be close to the airport. the place is an old convent located in the middle of fields but easy to find. it reminded me also how beautiful the "campagna" around Venice is beautiful. one is to often focused only on city of Venice.
Great location, just 20 minutes to Venice by bus (or 30 by tram). It has a parking in the yard and a big supermarket nearby. The host welcomes us with breakfast and coffee - there is coffee machine, and also a dishwasher. It was the best choice for visiting Venice.
Great location. Right next to the Pastrello tram station that makes the city of Venice really accessible! Also, all rooms have ACs which made it really easy for us to stay comfortable in this ongoing heat wave. Bonus points for the ACs!
Fantastic hotel for staying the night before an early flight out of Venice airport. We had a family room with 5 beds, kitchenette and bathroom. Everything we needed was provided by lovely friendly hosts. Safe gated carpark.
It was extremely clean. The family was super nice and accommodating. They made it feel like home and provided a great breakfast. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay in Venice!
