Very convenient location for exploring the old city, and very atmospheric. The song of the Blackcap Warbler outside my top floor window every morning was wonderful, as were the many Swifts circling past. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff really friendly and helpful.

Communication from hotel pre-arrival was excellent, with a detailed map and detailed instructions relating to parking. Finding the Hotel and parking lot could potentially be problematic as it is located within the city walls but not within the ZTL. Upon arrival at the Hotel, we were personally guided to the parking lot. Hotel was ideally located, clean, secure and comfortable. Thank you.
